I wish I could rate 100 stars!!! This place is absolutely AMAZING. They not only were able to fix my car key in an amazing time, they were also just so helpful and professional. I will NEVER ever try to go the dealership ever again to get a key replaced because they are a rip off. This business not only fixed my car key, but what it cost me was absolutely amazing. It was done in less then 1 hour and i didn't have to wait DAYS for it to come in. I will be back again to get 2 more keys made and I will FOREVER RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS TO EVERYONE I KNOW. I was accidentally locked out of my truck while at the hospital and dropping off my husband for kidney dialysis, unfortunately my truck was also running and I was also blocking the main entrance for patients to enter the building. Ruby Mountain Lock & Safe gave the call to Bill Hance. Bill was there in less than 20 minutes and had my truck door opened in less than 3 minutes. I live in the very small town of, Ely, Nevada. This town has not one locksmith. They do, however, have people who can break into your vehicle.
