Normally I love fiiz and have a great experience. Today, however, it was terrible. I know businesses are short staffed right now but I don't feel that is an acceptable excuse. I placed my order online as I always do, when I arrived, I sent a message that I was there, again as I always do. I received a message back that they were delayed so it would be a few minutes before they could bring my order out. I knew they were busy. I could see the line of cars in the drive thru.They typically are busy Sat afternoon, which is why I order online. I waited almost 30 min. Then I went in to the store. The girl at the counter said they didn't have anyone to bring the orders out. I asked why they couldn't let me know. She said how would they do that. I asked for the manager, who gave me the short staffed explanation. She said there were only 4 people there. That orders would be sent out eventually. Read moreSo, I like this place. Lots of options to pick from. I only have 2 things I would change about this place. 1, they should try selling food. Hotdogs or something small and quick. And two, they really need to make an extra large Italian soda! They have a small size, and you double it for a medium size. I want a triple size but I don't think the double is worth the 14 bucks or whatever I paid. That syrup probably only costs 10 bucks a bottle. Mixed with cream and carbonated water, that should cost me 5 or 6 bucks for a 44 oz. I did have a guy make an xl size once and I loved it. Keep it up guys. Best...
Read moreWorst experience at fiiz ever! I ordered 20 minutes prior to closing. I had to wait extra time for my order because the blender was already washed and put away for the night. Then I kept getting crew members coming a d staring at us out the window as well as presenting unwelcome looks. They then had to add the extra add-ons to the drink that they didn't add originally as well as giving us little to no ice. This was just a shameful experience and I hope that their training and customer service steps up...
