I wish I could not have to put any star because this place is awful first of all when you call it says that they open at 10:30 it is literally 4° outside there’s probably about 20 people standing outside and they will not open the door whatsoever there’s little kids outside after 1030 they don’t open the doors until 1040 which are movie started at 10:45 on top of that the movie theater was so cold that you couldn’t even stand watching the movies when you went to the bathroom it was Warmer outside then it wasside their bathrooms . The guy with the painted fingernails was a a$$hole . So rude . By fare they need to hire adults to be manger not kids . My husband along with 5 other people told them about the heat . I told the manger witch was no older then 20 looked at me with nothing to say . I hope the owners see this and...

We recently visited Crystal 5 to watch a movie with our granddaughter, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. All she wanted was to see Lilo & Stitch and enjoy some popcorn—like any kid going to the movies. We were shocked when we were told there was no popcorn or food available because the concession stand had already been shut down. It was only 7:20 PM, and movies were still starting!

Going to the movies just isn't the same without snacks, especially for little ones who look forward to it. It felt like poor planning on the theater’s part and really put a damper on what was supposed to be a fun family evening. We hope they reconsider their concession policies in the future—because movie night without popcorn just doesn't work.

I have 5 kids and we hardly pay the price to go to the movie. We were in theater room 5 and there were blue dots on the screen that was annoying to see and even my kids made comments to me. My husband went and told them and they said that they knew but the part cost them $20,000 and that's why they put the kids movies in that room however we were not informed of this when paying and still paid the full cost. The seats are great but the theater was so cold and they must not be able to afford heat because the bathroom was also freezing and the water was way too cold to even wash your hands. Bad experience for sure. I asked after how to make comments but the lady just said on the website but didnt ask to address any right then and there. Not happy tonight...
