I feel the need to post this after countless burns. This sales staff will lie to you to sell products at all cost. I have been given false information regarding pesticides, CBD content/ quality, and just flat lied to regarding different strains to move flower out the door for profit.

There’s been many young kids that I just understand don’t know much and are told to sell, but the last couple times by experienced staff. They got a new strain of marijuana in a few weeks back and I was told it was pesticide free. I was told this with tremendous confidence….it turned out to be a complete lie to move product just hitting the shelves. The latest one is one of their CBD products I’ve taken religiously for a few years. This relief aid has changed inflammation in my 46 year old hard worked body. They had ran out of this due to supplies and I was desperately searching for a replacement. I was given a big spiel on a different tincture, made by the same company, that had more CBD - and that it had had more success with body inflammation.This is expensive stuff so I stick to a strict dose.. for two months my body has begin to hurt to the point I’m having trouble sleeping and starting to wonder if I need to change careers.

I’m in great shape and an extremely disciplined health fanatic. I just listened to this guy, and today ( when my product landed back on the shells ) I found out that my product literally had twice the CBD content. I had been depriving myself for months and didn’t know. I spend about $1000 a month there and take very high doses. This is the best thing besides man-made chemicals I know of. I don’t think talking to management would make much of a difference as she hires young girls to sell her pot for her and knowledge does not seem to be any sort of a factor. Today a 21 year old girl kept calling me dude. I am a grown man Shopping for very expensive products. The way these kids talk along with the music they listen to in the store is full-blown offensive and really is astonishing that it is allowed. I’ve seen senior citizens cringe. Worst Customer Service I've ever received! Go to a store who cares about customers! My husband & I stopped in while driving through town. There was one clerk helping customers, and one boy at the door reading a magazine. No one explained to us how things work in your store. We picked out the products we wanted & then waited in line behind the only person waiting to be helped, and the only other customer in the store. The clerk helped her, while we followed to ensure that we were still next tobe helped. Meanwhile, 2 other customers came in the door. When the clerk was done helping the first customer, she turned to us & asked if we knew what we needed. We did and told her so. She then tells us to go wait in line behind the people who came in the door AFTER us and then she would help us. Really? But she seen us already waiting in line & knew we were next to be helped. No time to deal with this type of rudeness. We left & spent our money at a different dispensary. And just so it's noted, THIS REVIEW HAS ALREADY BEEN REMOVED ONCE. Looks really big from the outside. Huge infact, when you enter though that big expectation makes for a letdown. the inventory look really slim in such a big space. In reality it's probably the same as a smaller shop.

To your right, when you first enter someone at a maitre d' style counter checks IDs wile asking questions about what you're looking for, then generally directs you. Ware upon a sales person will intercept you at some point. To your left is a big centrally located counter with a couple cash registers, ware the extra sales people hang out wile thy wight for a mark ;-)

Also they have a "separate store" towards the back that sells all the smoke shop stuff. In my experience most cannabis retailers are like this kinda a mixed bag, this one is no different. Not to say that's it's bad. It's not. Staff was friendly and helpful. But not overly talky, you can tell they lots to do and need to get back to it. Not high pressure sales thank gawd just impatient sales. All an all it go back, and recommend...
