NJ Outdoor Amusements LLC — Attraction in Elmwood Park

I had the pleasure of renting the Princess bounce house combo from NJ Outdoor Amusements for my daughter’s birthday party at a state park I reserved for the occasion. First of all, I was unsure if they would have something available so close to a holiday (July 4th was my daughter’s birthday and the party was the day before), AND I decided on having a bounce house 1 week out before the party. I was getting really anxious because every company I called prior wasn’t FULLY INSURED to operate a bounce house at a state park (only in private back yards) or was ridiculously expensive, charging an arm and a leg for delivery fees and generator rental. Some I left messages with and they never got back to me. BUT…John picked up when I called the NJOUTDOOR AMUSEMENTS office and he immediately put my mind at ease. He explained the licensure policies, what I would need if I didn’t have an electrical outlet available (generator) and he knew what size bounce house I needed when I told him the amount of kids I was expecting and their ages. He was open and honest when I asked him whether I needed two bounce houses just to make sure there was enough room for the kids to jump around and he said one bounce house combo would be more than sufficient. Like who does that?? There are still good and honest people out here folks! People who are not just out to just make money but decent and good people! Anyway, I don’t mean to write a dissertation here so I’ll list all the GREAT THINGS THAT IMPRESSED ME about this company: AFFORDABLE, QUALITY bounce house, good inventory, CLEAN, knowledgeable and trustworthy, TIMELY-arrived to the park when they said they would for set up and breakdown (Matt and Chris were awesome), clear and concise instructions on how to manage the equipment during my rental, and securing the rental was super easy (contract, payment). Communication was also easy, call or text, it was a breeze to reach the office and update information or ask a question. I can’t say enough about how great an experience it was to work with you and your staff! My daughter’s favorite part of the whole day was the bounce house! Thank you SINCERELY for making my daughter’s party a memorable one-in such a good way! I would highly recommend them and will definitely be renting...

I am not one to leave reviews but in this case I wanted to. From the start working with John and Chris was so easy. They were responsive via email , text and phone calls. Helpful and so nice. On the day of our event ( today ) we had to change the start time and they accommodated an earlier time. They came early , introduced themselves and set it all up quickly. The employees staffing the bounce houses were genuinely so nice , informative and kind giving me updates throughout the event. They kept an eye on the weather and kept the bounce houses running for as long as they could safely bc of the rain. Was such a pleasure having them , as they are truly professional. I would highly recommend them for outdoor party rentals ( bounce houses and games) . I will certainly be in touch about other events in the future...

This company is one of the best and most reliable with which I have ever worked. Emails and phone calls are answered right away, the staff is respectful, on time and knowledgeable and the equipment well maintained and clean. The staff comes on time, explains everything, clearly cares about safety and is reliable. The staff texts or phones (as you wish) when they arrive, responds to questions right away and takes care with the equipment. Emails are answered within an hour or so, if not sooner, and are clear. I am impressed with the overall responsiveness, professionality and equipment (lots of choices and options) and the prices are very reasonable-I've checked many companies and worked with several before...
