Sleep Outfitters of Elyria — Attraction in Elyria

My husband and I stopped into the Elyria location to look at mattresses. Will greeted us at the door, asked a few simple questions about our sleep habits, and led us to several mattresses to try. There were covers for each so nothing got dirty, and he was very patient with all of our questions. He was knowledgeable about the products and we actually chose the first mattress he led us to. We took delivery today, and the delivery guys, Alonzo and Phil, were great. They were quick and professional, and they made sure we knew how to operate our adjustable base before they left. I could not be happier with my experience at this store. The workers (Tom and Rich) were extremely nice and super helpful. I told Rich what my budget was and he made it his mission to get me a bed I loved for under my budget. The atmosphere was so calm and casual and it genuinely felt like they were there to help me rather than upsell me. I was never rushed or pressured or told I “had to buy now or I’d miss out on this deal” - which is how my experience was at another store. I really have nothing bad to say about this store or my experience....

Went to a few different mattress stores to pick out a new mattress, and ended up purchasing one from William at Sleep Outfitters. The store is nice and clean with plenty of mattresses to try out. Everything was handled safely with their covid protocols in place, and William was extremely knowledgable and helped me pick out the perfect mattress for my needs.
