Love the store and the prices! So far I've went there 3 times. Only thing I haven't liked of there food was some generic Oreos, I don't eat them but the hubby and 19 yr old son who eats anything, but they both said it wasn't good. I like how they have so much organic food choices and healthy food as well. I've had each week for 3 weeks bad experience with ppl shopping there. Very rude ppl! I always thought Walmart had all the rude ppl lol nope Aldi has them. I always leave my quarter in the cart as to maybe hep another out but when I see a woman take her cart to put it away and take her quarter back along with the quarter I left for the next shopper I get really annoyed I really wanted to say something to her. She didn't know I was the one that left that cart available to another shopper. Read moreThis Aldi replaced the old one on Oberlin Rd, creating a food desert there, and what a downgrade. The store appears to be bigger, but has less selection somehow, particularly in gluten free items and produce. This brand new store feels outdated with the gray, stale industrial aesthetic straight out of 2013. Not just the inside of the store is poorly designed, but the outside as well. I can see the Sheetz a couple hundred feet away but they placed a rain garden there to ruin walkability and block pedestrian access, so the store is only accessible by car. It is not enjoyable to shop there. Checking out is a nightmare, as most of the lanes were replaced with self checkout with scary cameras and screens blinking red with "MONITORING IN PROGRESS"... uh-uh, I will wait for the one regular checkout lane. Really sad what Aldi's did here when the old store was so...
Read moreI waited 30 mins in the parking spot for my order. No one came out. I had to go in the store and ask for my groceries. When I walked in it wasn't busy (its a thrusdayat 315pm), an employee was standing there talking to a friend. Turns out that employee had the "phone" that received the orders/when they get there. She was completely unbothered, I have 3 kids so I had a larger order...."she was like really 10 damn bags" never once said sorry for the inconvenience. I had to take out my groceries and load them. The whole point of curbside is to not have to go in!. I had sick kids with me and thats why i didnt it go in. I normally just go in and shop! I will not be returning...
