Historical Society of the Cocalico Valley — Attraction in Ephrata

I had the most wonderful experience at the Historical Society of the Cocalico Valley, specifically with Cynthia Marquet. I was looking to find a local business from the 1980s and Cynthia went above and beyond researching (with very little information I was able to provide!) and sending me lots of information, newspaper clippings, and other relevant information about the restaurant.
