The first time ever I had to buy a mattress and was a little overwhelmed by what to get because of the selection Lancaster Mattress had.

Dave helped me all the way and was patient in answering my questions. I told him "I want the softest mattress he had." He was kind of taken away by my request but steered me in the right direction.

I just woke up after (finally) a good nights sleep after sleeping on (what felt like) a piece of plywood mattress after all these years.

Vince (the delivery man) also was very helpful along with his co-worker. They spared no time in getting my old mattress out and putting the one I bought in.

We decided to check out the Lancaster Mattress Company in Ephrata, PA. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by Dave. He gave us the best information on what type of mattress to buy. There was absolutely no pressure to buy anything. Instead, Dave explained all about mattresses and how they were made. We were able to take our time to try several different mattresses. I contacted Lancaster Mattress about purchasing a new mattress. I purchased my mattress I have now from them and really enjoyed the experience. I am now unable to go shopping for a new mattress because of medical reasons. The fellow on the phone was very helpful and could look up the first mattress I purchased. He told me they have a mattress close to that one. I made the purchase because I loved my first one. It served me well for over ten years. They are making a speedy delivery tomorrow, in fact.
