There is so much that goes into running a successful business and Laura hits the nail on the head across the board. I’m again so impressed by her work but more so impressed by her customer service. I reached out to her a few months ago despite knowing she was not accepting custom orders to ask if she might consider making a custom order for my children. She didn’t need to agree but she did! I picked up my order today and they are incredible! I just know the time, love, and effort that goes into her work and am grateful she came through for our family. Awesome job yet again!

I ordered a dozen Batman cookies for my son’s birthday party and could not be happier! From start to finish, Laura was so wonderful. She promptly answered my emails and messages, the ordering process was very easy, and the cookies were delivered in great shape just in time for his birthday! These are no amateur cookies either. They are edible masterpieces and part of me feels guilty we will be eating them! My only regret is not discovering Laura the Cookie Lady sooner because these are the best treats/ party...

Laura is kind, creative & professional. her cookies are incredible & delish!

She closed her store front to walk-ins a while ago because of rising costs and other reasons. she has been very transparent on all of her social media about this situation. she is unable to make changes to her google page to reflect this & thus why a negative review was left. what a shame. my kids LOVED their birthday party a couple years ago and countless friends have enjoyed her classes, all of which are still held at the Ephrata location. she is an incredibly talented individual and we are so happy to have her in the Ephrata community! do your full research before visiting a business; including checking their webpage and social media before making your trip & then writing a negative review for information very easily found on the interwebs!

My family and I walked in, and we were immediately greeted and welcomed. The cookies were fully explained, and they all looked incredible! The sugar cookies displayed in the case were AMAZINGLY decorated and displayed. My husband went with the snickerdoodle and loved it. My kids went with a decorated sugar cookie in which they ate and were very happy with. I'm a cookie snob, and I can be very particular with them. I like a soft, buttery, flavorful cookie. I chose a simple chocolate chip cookie, and oh my goodness...it was one of the best cookies I have ever had!! It was soft, moist, buttery, and had just the perfect amount of chocolate chips. I can't wait to try...
