Wow, I've never had this level of customer service before... only heard about it thru urban legend. My husband & I knew what we needed, so we didn't require a lot of assistance. But when we went to pay, we kept having problems with neither of our cards working. Cash-wise we were also short a few dollars (ATM didn't work either). He kindly gave us the difference from the tip jar on the counter (which he ok'd with his co-workers first -- so, also nice). He was so friendly & chill about it, too. He honestly just wanted to help us out; it was almost shocking. Needless to say, after we left & tried out the card elsewhere to make sure it was working, we returned to give him back his money, with interest. He got a 400% return on his investment. 😉 Wouldn't have even known his name if it weren't for the email I received later about our visit. Anthony was awesome; better than that, he was friendly & empathetic... a hot commodity these days in customer service as employers are generally back to grinding any employees' good nature into dust to...

I was a customer here for just over a year. As an old-school caregiver, I’ve never been a big fan of dispensaries, but I appreciate when the process is simple and straightforward. In the beginning, this location was great, but over time my experience changed.

Wednesdays are advertised as “30% off concentrates,” and in the beginning, the discount was clearly applied at checkout. With the high state tax, that discount made a real difference. However, as time went on, I noticed the discount wasn’t being applied unless I specifically asked about it. Instead of acknowledging the issue, I often heard excuses such as “I don’t usually work Wednesdays,” or “I forgot.” That’s not acceptable for a recurring promotion.

Whether this was due to poor training or intentional oversight, it reflects poorly on business practices. In the end, my wife and I decided to take our business to another dispensary in the area, which also offers “Wax Wednesdays” and applies the discount automatically—without customers...

Nirvana is definitely my go to dispensary!

I've been to a lot of them all around the state & none of them compare to Nirvana. The staff are well educated & professional. They go beyond what is required of them to make their customers happy & to provide the best service possible. The store is clean & sleek looking. Their options are by far the best selection around this area. Oh, & Jared, who works evening/night shift, is my person! He is my go to. Don't take me wrong though, all of the staff are polite, respectful & they all know how to do their job. Basically, this place is the need to experience dispensary in the area.
