These guys saved the day! Repairs for a Maytag Neptune dryer required a new motor pulley and belt. Salesman Mike L. had the expertise and references to know parts cross reference between manufacturers.

And they had the parts I needed in stock, which was more important than saving a couple of bucks waiting several days or weeks to get them from an on-line discount supplier.

Their showroom is very impressive. They have a significant number of appliance tools, including specialty LED flashlights, pliers, and wrenches.

It seems a little unusual, but they also sell BBQ smokers and all sorts of accessories for the grill.

I think this place might be my most favorite go-to place. Check them out for yourself.

PS. Don't trust the Google Maps pin. When I tried it, the directions lead me to the lumber yard at the end of the block. As you turn off Auto Parkway drive or whatever that main street is, just check the numbers on the west side...

They usually have the part... that is to say made by someone else. It's has taken me a while to realize the parts are crap. They don't last. The switches for the refrig and freezer fail after a year or so. The brass parts are so soft they fail during installation. I don't know where else to get decent parts so I am stuck with them. Coast Appliance parts is an alternative but when they quoted $6.82 for a propane orifice and then charged me over $10 when I went to pick it up... and then warned me how soft the brass is? I think this is a lousy industry. Appliance {arts Venter was recently purchased and the new company is named Appliance Parts Company. The employees aren't sure what to think but they have new computers and perhaps change will be good. But so far the parts...

Crooks. Do yourself a favor and whatever you need - order it online from a place that takes returns even if you have to wait a few days to get your repair done. These guys do not take returns and they DO NOT INFORM YOU OF THEIR POLICY when you place a parts order. I fought with them over a $200 part that they would not take back; I even offered to pay the restocking fee. The store is a messy disaster, even though I like to support local businesses and will pay more to do so; these guys do not run a square business. Go elsewhere; these guys will take your money and leave you frustrated- its the entire company that is...
