I would had given this shop 0 rating if it was a possibility. this has been the worst online shopping experience in my life. I bought a vintage cocktail shaker for my German friend who loves to make us drinks as a birthday present on Oct 19th 2017. After a week of waiting, the UPS tracking still showed printed but the item hasn't been picked up. on Wednesday I called them and they told me that I need to speak to the store owner Amanda and she will call me back, SHE NEVER DID
On Thursday I call back multiple times and finally could speak to Amanda once and she assured me that she will figure out what happened to the package and she will call me as soon as possible - SHE NEVER DID
On Thursday night, I participated in my friend's birthday, without a gift, but showed him the images of what supposed to be the gift and promised him that he will receive it soon!
On Friday, nobody picked the phone up at the store till 3:00PM, nor I ever received a call from them
Friday afternoon around 3-4 finally I managed to get a hold of Amanda by constantly dialing the store, She informed me that as far as she is concerned the package is lost. Based on her explanation the package was picked up by UPS but never scanned (to be honest it doesn't make no sense)
She offered to send me another similar products which I can gift to my friend via email - SHE NEVER DID - SHE NEVER CALLED BACK - SHE NEVER FOLLOWED UP
Worst possible customer experience - NO sympathy with the customer - completely...

Pricing is generally at or below market, and their consignment policies are extremely reasonable and straightforward. Paul's (Amanda's father) knowledge of antiques and fine art is extensive. The owner or who I perceive to be the owner walks around on his cell phone and completely ignores you. He was more interested in making his dining reservations.
