Scoops — Restaurant in Essex

I LOVE scoops. I go there all the time and the staff is amazing. They are so friendly and well organized, I feel just at home. Their smiles bring the sun out from behind the clouds. They do only accept cash but there is an ATM next door. The teamwork is impeccable and it is very evident in the speed and quality of service. Okay place with ok ice cream. Prices are not too bad. No bathroom or anyplace to wash my kids hands. There's a Cumberland across the way. Found this place by chance.
