Moving into a new town there are several things you wish for and I would have to say a “Go To Pizza” restaurant is near the top of the list. Enter Pizza Pub RIGHT DOWN THE STREET. In a time where hoity toity places trying to impersonate real pizza restaurants are running rampant charging people hundreds of dollars for thin dough, arugula and a splash of sauce, the Pizza Pub is a 7-days a week open until 10p oasis. Pizza Pub is not only a classic Greek Pizza restaurant with a menu to please everyone, but they are also SUPERHEROES. Moving here had no kitchen – Pizza Pub to the rescue; trades people doing work at the house - Pizza Pub to the rescue; surprised by 6 hungry teenagers - Pizza Pub to the rescue; 10 more people show up unexpectedly - Pizza Pub to the rescue; every placed closed at 9p - Pizza Pub to the rescue. Look – Pizza Pub’s cheese pizza is hands down one of the best I have ever had period. Funny when I hear the occasional “Greek Pizza is good but greasy” here is a reminder: first, at the fancy pizza places when a pizza droops with, well “grease,” it’s called oil, olive oil, heart healthy oil – but at a real pizza place the same oil is called grease. Second IF it bothers you, blot with a paper napkin. Here is what I know every time I get a Pizza Pub small cheese pizza - it is served hot. Cheese is perfectly melted with that slight browning on top. Pull a piece out and YES you can pick the whole piece up, no droop. A perfect crunch from first bite to last. When I want a little something extra well, I add bacon and jalapeno peppers to my cheese pizza. And the ultimate test of great pizza – one no one likes to talk about – when you wake up in the morning and you head to the fridge for leftover pizza – I’m addicted to my morning slice of Pizza Pub pie! Big menu so you will just have to try what you want – here is what I or others have had and all has been good: Pizza, BLT Club, chicken and cheese quesadilla, chicken nuggets, French fries, Grinders – tuna, American mix, chicken parm, ham, Genoa, Italian Combo and steak & cheese. Wings are solid, salads are substantial especially with grilled chicken, melts are a trip, and calzones are cheesy goodness. Here is at least one hopeful result of this review: those of you who enjoy paying $35 for a “pizza” go ahead, take your friends out, pay the triple figure bill then when no one is looking order Pizza Pub’s $8.50 cheese pizza and remember what pizza really is.

Tons of options for food and beverages. Everything was awesome and cooked to my requested doneness. Hot and fresh, the regular fries are battered and entirely way too delicious for a pizza place. The curly fries might even be better than Arby's, dare I say? The dining room is still open with covid, but very limited seating (obviously). Photos included. Parking sucks, no lines to indicate where to park. It's definitely worth the annoyance of figuring out where to park for the quality of the food.

Stopped here for some grub during road trip to the mid-west. 20 min wait for 2 mediums, which I expected. The mediums are quite big! :) They close at 9:30pm, which helped with our situation. They have table seating as well as stool seating. Bathroom was clean. Staff very friendly. Pizza hot and looks delicious. Could not figure out where exactly to park but we made it work.

I eat here regularly and the food is pretty hit or miss. Sometimes it's prepared excellently and tastes great. Other times it's sloppy and taste like they used expired ingredients. I even received a salad once that was brown and already dressed. There was mayonnaise or something smeared over the 'to go' container too. Maybe I received someone's leftovers by mistake?

Half the time they get the order wrong. Onion pizza instead of onion rings. Veggie pizza instead of veggie quesadilla. BLTs with just bread and bacon. They are the closest pizza joint to where I live, so the regularity with which this happens makes it a hassle to ask for a refund, especially after having just driven home. I've included a pic (poor quality, my phone's old) of the most recent mishap (April 2021) - a calzone with a weird hole in the center and a hair. I really hate spending money on food I end up having...

Pizza Pub has always made accommodations to my orders and have always provided great service. Staff is super friendly and extremely hard working. I have a sever dairy and egg allergy, to the point when I call they know exactly who I am and how I order things. The food is great. Pizza is awesome, nice and crunchy and has great flavor.

As for everyone saying that the staff is rude, this is coming from a hard worker. Every dog has its day. At the end of the day, pizza pub staff is always hard working and always moving very fast. They are tired. We are all human. Some days may be better than others for most. Instead of judging someone’s response take a look at the atmosphere and food. We are all human. They are not “rude” they are just tired and hard working. please cut the staff some slack. Everyone is great and I love this place. They deserve the business. A+ from the “no...
