For context I owned a custom computer building/repair business for a number of years. I don't do that anymore.
I walked in and was curious about the stock. I asked to try a few things out which they treated me in an annoying way saying "we already test them". Seeing if they work and seeing if it feels right to use are different. I also was interested in the CRT and wanted to try it and they also seemed upset that I wanted to try it out claiming that its tested. CRTs have different levels of wear and tear. I just wanted to gauge where it was at. I saw a keyboard I liked and they asked me to move where I was testing it rudely when I was instructed to test it there. Prices are not below market don't let them gaslight you. The prices either match Ebay or are above it. The person working tried to gaslight me into saying they have the lowest. When I showed them online is lower they rudely said then buy the one online. Ebay has a money back guarantee when things don't work or are in poor condition. Complete scammers that parade as doing something good when its really just getting tech for a low cost from businesses and profiting off of people who aren't looking online. Mainly this business targets the elderly and the disabled. Store employees seemed untrained and not passionate about tech more passionate about not having to really do anything at...
Read moreI am disable an they kicked me out of there store for no reason. But what they said is that I tell how to do there jobs. An then he told me that I will say that the prices are to low. But they never talked to me before this & asked me could not do this. Plus the tech person that I have come in to ask questions to then said please to do not bother me. He then said that he does not like anyone talking to him or asking him questions seeing that he has too much to do. In that case he should have other person helping him out or some one helping get parts. For the store. There laptops & tuners Flat screen TV's cost more than going into best buy, Target, Goodwill, Walmart, ECT list goes on. I said to them 3 different times seeing that at the time I liked the place that if you lower your prices a little bit that you would sell more items. But they do not care . So has of know anywhere I go, anyone that asks me about next step I will tell to go some where else. I do not think it is right main boss of the store tells me that well the store manager & the other employees she would be believes over a costumer. That tells me that one they do not care about disable & costumers - all they care about is money an free items for...
Read moreI popped in here with a client to pick something up they had held for him. Both clerks, a young woman and young man were extremely patient and helpful with all the questions and info dump from my client. We spent quite a while looking at the selection of gently used and refurbished electronics, and their collection of cute creatures made from old electronic components. They had many different types of computers available to buy, including several gorgeous gaming computers. They have myriad audio and visual media as well. A gentleman came in looking for some kind of video player set-up. The person who helped him decide what to get was so nice and explained exactly what he would need, including the proper cords, and helped him choose from the equipment they had to offer. He did not sell him the most expensive option, it was a rather refreshing interaction. I was pleasantly surprised by the whole...
