So this is my experience with club thrift. It's my day off, I work 12-hour days for my money. With this store supposedly being overflow items from Amazon, I chose to give this location, beside Big Y, between 6th and 7th Street, a second chance. Recently ending the prior year right around Christmas, I stopped at this location. Their store was a mess, and their service was appalling at best. The store owner makes up his own hours so even shopping there is hit and miss. Their display skills are less than adequate, and honestly they should call their inventory run-off instead of overstock. With my first time being around Christmas I thought perhaps they were overwhelmed so I gave them a second chance....Boy howdy was I wrong... My second and last visit was 2-24-2024 around 10:00 am. Granted I was wearing my checkered sweats, like day off pants, however my money is still earned. Within two minutes of entering their location at ( 2165 West 7th ) the owner, who I do hope takes the time to read this, however I seriously doubt he cares enough about his clientele to do so. He told me unless I paid $150.00 for a membership I had no right to be in his store. š® Never in my life have I been so disrespected, disregarded and was removed simply for not dressing up to go to a discount store!! To sum it up the owner not only doesn't care for his clientele, but obviously if he has the chance to take your money in any way he will. If you consider yourself a decent human being, I recommend not stopping in at 2165 West 7th Club thrift, or take the chance of feeling like a dirtbag for not wearing a tie while the owner slips his hand in your pocket......
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI was going to Harbor freight when noticed the theft store. I gentleman was polite and invited me in. I immediately noticed the counter to the right with phone cases.since I do need a new case I went over and asked if they had iPhone 11 plus cases. He said yes and got a few out . I showed him the one I thought I would like . He proceeded to tell me they were 2 for )10 or $6 a piece. So while he was struggling to put the case on my phone he repeatedly told me heās the best and most qualified phone guy around and he owns the business He was still struggling with my phone and then takes my screen protector off and forces the case on. I looked at it and the case didnāt fit right. I told him I donāt want the case it doesnāt fit. He took it off and then I asked if he could put my screen protector back on my phone and he replied no it was cracked. So I asked if could buy a screen .
He said yes but he told me it would cost me $10 more for him to put it on. I said I was willing to pay $6 for the screen protector but not $10 for him to put it on since he took mine off without asking. He became very rude and said ok $6 .in a very angry voice . My advise is to watch out for him. Iād be careful of him he is a shister and fast talker . So when I went up to the register to pay I told the very nice gentleman behind the counter my experience and they apologized and ended up not charging me for the screen protector. The owners and employees were very nice and helpful except the man that says he owns the phone case and display at the front...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI just LOVE this place! I even have to limit how often I go... I have been coming for years... If you like to Thrift, this is the place to go. Just know it is a restock store and not a retail store... but I have found countless treasures... for example, I just found a 2 pack of stretch table clothes (value $14.99) for $2 ... on their $2 day... I bought them out! that is cheaper than the plastic dollar tree table clothes! so sweet! We will use these for our non-profit events! I have found leggings, sweaters, and sweatpants for my growing girls, puppy treats for $2, vitamins that I normally pay $30+ for for $2 a bottle, face cream that retails $45, for $5 a jar, and I have bougee daughters who need skin care!!! lol... I find something nearly every time I go... Just know its based on whatever pallets they get in, so give yourself time to browse... Their bulk stuff starts at $6 and the lowers a dollar each day... here are just a couple things I found recently! Think of it as a fun treasure hunt!! Highly...
