Public Accommodations: Oregon law requires that service animals be allowed in places of public accommodation, such as restaurants, hotels, and stores, unless doing so would fundamentally alter the nature of the business. This individual actually put his hands on me! This owner really needs to take swift action, I dear dare any person with a service animal To attemt to walk in to this, FUSION BURGER place! I dont care about this person's putting his hand on me acting in a violent manner. If the owner does what he should , we'll see ? Im not going anywhere! Read moreToday was my first visit to Fusion Burger as I've passed by the location countless times on the bus. The atmosphere had nice music and the woman at the counter was both bubbly and attentive. I decided on their basic burger combo for $12.50 and while I wasn't ecstatic about the price, I was pleasantly surprised to find a very large and delicious burger waiting in the box for me when I got home. The patties are made to order (Rare to well-done) which I've not personally seen before although maybe my experiences are simply lacking in that department. The burger was well-cooked and had a standard 4 pickle, 4 onion, 2 tomato stack, and the lettuce was under the patty, thin and absorbed quite a bit of the juices from the patty. Some might say soggy, but I personally like lettuce this way. The fries were hot, crispy and delicious, yet the fry sauce fell short for quantity(but not quality), filling only half of the take-out cup I received. The drink that the combo came with was I believe a little 12 ounce cup, and I'd finished with it before I'd gotten home to have my food. For recommendations, I'd say larger cups for take-out combos, as well as filling the sauce cups up all the way to avoid...
Read moreThey have a burger called the "Andy Sandy". It is delicious because while the 1/3lb beef patties are already substantial in size, the Andy Sandy also contains an egg with tasty runny yolk that seasons the rest of the burger as you bite into it.
The name Andy Sandy itself is worth taking a second to admire. Something about the close-wrought rhyme tedters on the edge of cringe but manages to balance there without falling in-- tips right up to the line without touching it--as if to show off its linguistic dexterity.
Ear worms are usually songs not burger names, but this one stuck with me more persistently than a Spice Girls tune. So I asked chat GPT what was up with that, and I think the response covered it better than I could.
'The name "Andy Sandy" is quirky for a burger because it sounds playful and doesn't immediately suggest anything about the burger's ingredients or flavor. Instead, it seems to use a rhyme scheme and personification, adding a whimsical, light-hearted tone to the name. This makes it memorable and sets it apart from more traditional burger names that might focus on describing the burger's components or the experience of...
