I LOVE this place. It's an entire experience. I recommend getting the BBQ per person, which is on the back. I've always gone with the one where they bring out four meats at a time. It's incredible. You cook the meat at the table. They also bring salad, lettuce to make wraps, various pickled veggies and delicious sauces, powder and oil to make amazing little plates for yourself. Bottomless rice comes with the BBQ option. The staff is super friendly, and extremely helpful. It's a little on the expensive side, but it's worth every penny. The best choices are prime rib, lamb, chicken, brisket, pork belly and so many more. Next time I go I'll get pictures. The food usually doesn't last long enough to snap photos it's so yummy. Did I mention how fun it is?

This was a good place for early dinner. The brisket was really good and the pork belly was pretty good too just had to cook it enough to make it crispy. Some negative reviews about the automatic 15% gratuity for the all you can eat bbq but I can see the need because there is a good chance the waiter will need to spend extra time with you helping with it. Overall very friendly wait staff and good atmosphere. Will be coming here again.

I always love coming here to eat. The soft tofu stew is so soothing, comforting and delicious. The side dishes are always very tasty and varied. The ingredients and recipes here seem like home cooking, with quality ingredients and care put into the dishes. And all for a reasonable price! They are closed Sundays, but come another time for a special barbecue with friends or family, or a menu item!

Our family of 5 decided to have dinner here last night. When we first walked in they only had a few customers in the restaurant . We waited a few minutes to finally be approached by a server who asked us if we were going to do the BBQ. We told her yes, and she rudely told us they shut the BBQ’s down an hour before closing. We said we would just eat from the regular menu. She told us to find a seat anywhere at the front 3 tables. I let her know that we had a party of five and the tables were arranged for 4 people. She very rudely responded and told me that she would bring another chair over. After we ordered, she did not check on our table one time until our food arrived. Our food took a pretty significant amount of time to arrive, which was not a problem, however, she never refilled waters or asked if we needed anything. When our food arrived, she set down the sides that came with all of our dinners and told us they can be refilled as many times as we would like. We had to ask for extra napkins multiple times while she was handing out utensils. She left our table and did not come back to check on us until everyone was done eating. We had to track down another server for an extra fork. She did not offer to refill our sides when they were empty or check in to see if we needed anything. Throughout our entire dinner, she stood in the bar area which was within our view and was on her phone for a majority of our meal. When she finally came back to check on us, we were finishing up dinner and I asked for the check. She brought us the check and informed us that they automatically charge an 18% gratuity on parties of 5 or more. We informed her that an 18% gratuity indicates good service, and we received nothing of the sort. She argued with us and said there was nothing that could be done. I asked to speak to a manager and she told me there was not a manager on site. I again told her I would like to speak to a manager and she said she would try calling him. She was gone for probably 15 minutes. I finally asked another server if a manager was available and she informed me there was not. I asked for the next person in charge and she said that would be her. We explained the situation and that an 18% gratuity is completely fair if the service reflected it, but our service was horrible and we were not going to leave 18%. She told us the menu stated it was automatic and that was the way it was. Our server finally brought the phone with the manager on it, and I explained the situation to him. He kindly agreed to removing the added tip to our bill. I set the phone on the table, as our server had walked away long before the conversation with the manager had ended. When we got up to the register she rudely asked where her phone was. I informed her it was on the table. We paid our bill and she glared at us and would not acknowledge us as we left. WORST service I have ever had. It was a great teachable moment for our 3 kids on what they should never do if they work in the service industry. We will never be going back and I would not recommend this place...

We were excited to try this restaurant. The first waiter was patient in explaining and showing us the grilling . He started us off and left. As we were sitting waiting for our meat to grill to our liking another waiter came to the table and started flipping our food. He took pieces he felt were done and threw them on our plates. We expressed that we preferred our meat more well done. The waiter actually scoffed and lectured us on meat and how it should be eaten. He dumped another bowl of meat on the grill before we were ready. He used the same tongs to touch raw and cooked meat. When we asked what the white stuff was on the meat-he replied he did not know. I think he may have felt he was funny saying 'just eat it.' Our original waiter walked past and told us the grill surface would have to be changed before the last bowl of chicken was put on to cook. As he left the bad waiter came by grabbed the bowl of raw chicken and dumped it on the grill with meat that was cooking. At this point we were done and asked for the check. We were surprised to see gratuity included in the charges. It was less than we would have given so we paid and left. I called several times to find out their policy regarding the gratuity as a tip being part of the bill for two people is new to me. The person answering the phone informed me the manager does not have regular hours and would not give me the manager name. This could be a great place if the wait staff was not pushy, trained in food handling, customer service and pricing was...

My husband and I went here for the first and last time. We ordered the all you can eat bbq pork belly and tri tip. The music half way through our meal became extremely loud, the meat tasted off. I asked for another bowl of rice and was told it would be an additional cost. I ordered some more lettuce and was charged an additional 1.99. When a meal is offered at "all you can eat" you shouldn't be given very small portions to accompany the bbq meat and when you run out and ask for more there's a charge. The 15% tip that was automatically added for 2 people was a bit high since we were left pretty much on our own to figure out what to do on cooking for ourselves, and having to get up to ask for soy sauce that we originally asked for 20 minutes before. I work in the restaurant business and understand tipping. This was minimal service, the food was less than disirable, and we were nickel and dimed on what we thought was an all you could eat meal. Not going back, hope this helped anyone else out to not get roped in on a ruse that not only is crazy high prices for what the quality is,but also up charged on the side dishes such as rice...
