Moo Ping is easily the best Thai Food in Eugene!

The food is incredible, and so is the energy of the owners! Smiles, friendly service, and genuine excitement are felt instantly upon arrival.

The smell is incredible, and almost all the sauces are homemade including their incredible chili oil. Its spicy, smokey and with the perfect amount of garlic! They gave us plenty for our dish and now we have some at home, and have put it on fish, fried eggs, and more!

We ordered the Pad Kee Mao, Pad Phet, and the Wontons. My my. Let me just say that we hold our food to a high standard, and Moo Ping hit us right where it counts! Incredible balance of flavor, the perfect amount of heat, and a real wisdom that shines through with every bite.

I love this place, the food is always amazing with the sole acception of the rice being inconsistent. Sometimes there will be wet clumps, indicating rice probably was washed too fast and thus cooked unevenly, and today my entire fried rice meal is basically between soggy and pudding... Which is barely edible in my opinion... I'll raise it to 5 stars if you start checking the rice more and stop selling it when it's soggy because the rest of the cooking is 5 star but soggy rice can ruin an otherwise perfect dish. Rice is cheap, if it's messed up throw it out and start new. You might need a new rice cooker, idk, but please of you fix the rice I will eat there every single day I swear

If I could give six stars, I would. I ordered Pad Kee Mao, Pineapple Fried Rice and Moo Ping. All taste great.

First thing I notice is the fragrant when they cook it. I did take away and put the food in the back rack of my husband's bike, and I biked behind him. All the way to the park, the fragrant spread on the road, made me drools.

When we finally sat down on the rose garden to devour it, a cute dog appeared out of nowhere and stared at us eating with hungry puppy eyes. Would like to feed him but probably too spicy and we were not sure if the dog have allergy or something. So we spent 20 min eating with a puppy staring intensely at us up close.

Uncomfortable, but still extremely tasty. Moo Ping...
