Dallas Gold & Silver Exchange — Attraction in Euless

Walked in today with my fiancé looking to purchase Troy oz of Silver and 24k gold. Daniel was very helpful and informative throughout the entire process, he took his time, explained how beneficial the market is, made us laugh , and welcomed us to coffee. We decided to purchase the last 1 oz 24k Buffalo coin for $1996.00. And the worst thing happened. My card declined due to exceeding my daily spending limit! D*mn banks always want to control your hard earned cheddar. Daniel was extremely patient as I called customer Service all kinds of names under my breath in hopes of getting the purchase approved, only for them to tell me not only had I not exceeded my daily limit at all, but that my pending charges from days were just now being completed at that very moment, throwing off my entire flow for the day. Nonetheless, Daniel’s awesomeness never depleted. He encouraged us to come back anytime and he even offered to order more coins and bars just for us. I did end up using cash to purchase a collectible for the trouble. I’ve definitely found a new gold and silver home in the Euless Location. I’m sure Daniel will see this!...

I personally would give no rating… today we went due to the great customer service reviews and we went in around 12:20 ish and we walked in after another couple they immediately got helped as we stood there separately from them for around 5 min we did not get one hello from anyone there were 4 other workers sitting or standing around and it seemed like their phones were more important than saying one hello or asking if we need any help. As my fiancé got annoyed and said let’s go I spoke up and said “do we ask for service or do we just stand here” right after that they never got up they just put there phone down and said oh we thought you were with the other couple mind you they were already getting help and another couple walked in and immediately got a hello as we got nothing the whole time so we left so I do not agree with the other reviews I will definitely not be going back we went to gold and silver Bedford across the freeway and immediately got greeted and felt so much better not one employee...

I've been looking into buying gold for some time now. Been tossing it around if I should buy online or go to an actual store. ( I made the right choice. ) I called and made an appointment with Chris and he and his staff were phenomenal. While Chris was kind enough to work on a watch that I needed tending to, one of his associates, Daylon, took the time to answer all my questions pertaining to purchasing gold. ( She was very well informed. ) I felt very welcome and no pressure was put on me to buy one thing over another. To me, this is a great indication of the quality of products they have. I did look around at the watches, which are all high brand and beautifully displayed, as well as their jewelry for the wife, which should go without saying was quite stunning. All in all, my experience was top marks. They've earned not only my business, but more importantly, my trust.
