This has to be one of the worst Starbucks in the country. Had to wait 40mins for my "americano" coffee Coffee was watered down and definitely had NO expresso Could barely taste the vanilla flavor I asked for. Lady with the red and black wig has a bad customer service and was rude - when I kindly asked for my coffee, that I've been waiting for long time, she snapped that she was the only one serving coffee and proceeded to slam the coffee on the counter after another 10mins of waiting.
I could have forgiven the rude fake black/redhead wig woman, if the coffee was up to par.
Starbucks has gone down the hill from the Starbucks I knew 10 - 20 years ago. The coffee is now weak and tasteless.
First time I came to this store couple months ago, coffee was also decreased quality. I had thought it was fluke. You can't make perfect coffee all time. So, I decided to try again - it's now worse than my last visit.
McDonald's and Dunkin Donuts have better tasting coffee for half the price of the lousy stuff being sold by Starbucks at this site, and definitely better...
Read moreOn a recent Friday morning my husband met a friend for coffee at this location. The parking lot was full and my husband parked next door at Denny’s ( on the back row). Evidently there is a parking lot war between Denny’s and their neighbors—-Starbucks and Office Depot. There is clear signage indicating towing for non-Denny’s patrons if you enter the front of Denny’s. However, entering the rear Denny’s lot from Starbucks the signage is not as obvious. When speaking to the Starbucks manager on duty that day it seems they are very aware of the towing. A sign on the Starbucks door warning patrons would be very helpful! This cup of coffee with a friend cost an extra $298 due to the lack of adequate parking at this location and signage warning patrons of their hostile Denny’s neighbor. The next day we observed another patron that parked in the rear of Denny’s and walked to Office Depot and was being towed as she walked out. Looks like the only safe way to visit this location is...
Read moreI regularly order from this Starbucks - both in person and through Doordash. Usually hot chocolates, lattes and caramel frappuccinos. I feel like I have to double and triple check that they get my order right every time, because typically I will drive/walk away with 2-3 things missing that I most certainly paid for.
The reason for my review today is communication. On the rare times that I order through doordash, it's always a caramel frappuccino, because it's the simplest thing to make and hard to screw up.
I input all of the details: Venti Caramel Frappuccino, with extra caramel drizzle inside and on top. The extra caramel drizzle costs $.75 and I typically don't receive it, so I called the store. Tell me why I had to call the store 2-3 times before someone picked up? And then the guy didn't even take my name he was so rushed to hang up.
Then the icing on the cake: I receive the order, so extra drizzle, and just to be petty they didn't include a straw....
