Overall I love the concept of the facility, super fun, my kids ages 2-6 loved it. Food was good and reasonably priced . There were sections for all ages. It was very packed when we went even being mid week so packed it gave me anxiety .
Paying for the socks seemed like a pointless money grab but they wouldn’t let you in without them, they didn’t feel necessary if you brought your own.
Some of my complaints/changes I’d like to see: Security isn’t good anyone can walk out with any child, they really need a check in and out system similar to Chuckie Cheese. This is especially scary because the lay out of this place is so big and free roaming with no gates, everything is very spread out, etc so keeping up with more then one kid is hard.
I love that they have workers guarding the areas but they needed more, only 1 worker I met was friendly, most were not. One was standing at the bottom of the slide yelling at kids for coming down to fast. I asked if maybe we could get a worker up there to direct them at the top as some were very young and you can’t really see the bottom of the slide from the top, he claimed parents should be watching them but also parents should be at the bottom to watch when they come down so it’s legit physically impossible to do both because of the distance from top to bottom.
Stairs only, no elevator or ramp so something to consider if you have a child in a wheelchair or a disability especially when the most handicap accessible play was upstairs.
Only 2 allowed in the car wash at a time was kind of dumb, they definitely could have let 4-5 in and it would have been fine.
Paying as a parent to get in is ridiculous, parents shouldn’t be in the pits and stuff unless actively attempting to help a child but some I guess paid to stand in the entire time which just created more of a chaos and in ability to see kids well. I didn’t pay and still got in to rescue my kid a few times and that’s how it should be...
Read moreI've had 2 of my kids' birthday parties here now, and I'll never do it again. The first time, they'd only been open a few weeks, so I chalked it up to them still working out kinks in the staff and system. However, the experience this second time was very similar. The party packages are priced comparable to other local places, but with Dig N Roll you will be charge $7+ for each pitcher of drinks, you will be charged $20+ for a frozen Jacks pizza to be served, and you will have to ask for cups/plates/silverware. They do not allow outside food and drinks.... so be prepared to be charged for each and every pitcher you have to refill for thirsty kids.
When the "host" brought our 3 pitchers of beverages, she brought Lemonade, and I had ordered Starry. She was too busy gossiping with another staff member to even be bothered to say anything to us, and I had to chase her down to ask that she switch the 3 pitchers to Starry... and had to ask for her to bring cups.
When she brought the pizzas- we asked for plates, and the "host" replied, "You don't have any?" with a dirty look and a tone like WE were inconveniencing her. "We usually don't give plates." In the party package description, it specifically says that they supply cups and plates. Thank God I thought to pack bowls, spoons, and everything else I needed for serving the ice cream cake we brought.... especially considering the girl never reappeared to check in with us again.
I will never pay for another party at this place, and neither will any of the other parents who have been guests of ours and witnessed the total lack of customer service and ridiculous charges. Don't host a party here! There are plenty of options in town for parties where the party hosts are attentive, and helpful and take the stress off the parents who are paying for the space.
The playground is cool, and if you just want to pay for a day pass- you'll probably be satisfied- that's why I...
Read moreI took my 4yo here yesterday (8/23/25) and for the most part he had a really fun time. Except for getting hit on the forehead very hard by a ball [thrown by an adult] in the play area... A group of adults & adolescents were throwing the balls as hard as they could at each other, and unfortunately my son got caught in the crossfire.
To the manager’s credit, she was very kind & apologetic when I told her what happened. She even gave my son a slushee (which made things all better for him). But the adolescents & adults alike continued to randomly wreak havoc until we left. The photos I included show just a smidge of the nonsense, and also what my son’s forehead looked like as I was tucking him into bed last night (several hours after getting hit).
Otherwise, as a more objective review, they have party rooms, and many different wonderful things to do & explore in the play areas, a cafe & plenty of seating, and even a toddler area (for kiddos 2 and younger). There are 2 huge slides that go into the main play area, a “sand room”, a cute little water area, and several hands-on pretend-play stations.
In the main area is a robust karaoke machine though, so if your children (or you) are sensitive to extremely loud noises, just keep that in mind. It’s rather unregulated, so it’s not unusual to have kiddos just yelling into the microphone (both with and without music).
Overall, I’m not sure if we’ll go back or not.
I really debated about putting this review up, but I know I would have appreciated knowing this before we went...
