A couple years ago (2014) I got a new car and wanted to put subs and an amp in. I wanted them professionally done because I had had amateurs work with my old Jeep and I blew an amp a year and didn't want that trouble with my new car. I also wanted to add a AUX port to my car since it didn't have one but showed the option. I called in to the shop (I live an hour and a half away) and wanted to get some details and prices about what I wanted to do. The man I spoke with was very nice and said I really needed to bring the car in to get an accurate quote. So thats what I did, I made a special trip to Evansville to have my car looked at. When I arrived I spoke to a man who told me what the guy on the phone had told me. He gave me a ball park on price (same ball park the guy on the phone gave me) and said the part was something I could, and should, order off of ebay/amazon. He showed no interest in doing the install or me at all. He also never walked out the door to look at the car. This of course frustrated me. I waited a day or two to cool off and phoned in to tell the manager about my experience, I had the guys business card so I knew his name. Come to find out, he was the manager. Read moreStopped by to see about backup camera and new speakers for my 06 Chevy diesel dually on a Thursday morning and by Friday the day by noon my truck was done I had the luck of getting RJ for helping me and could not have asked for any better RJ understood what I was trying to accomplish and had more knowledge of the products they carry and how to explain it down to earth for anyone I ended up getting the rear camera new radio with touch screen and new speakers also had dampening installed in the doors to help the speakers sound better and was well worth the little extra for it when I picked my truck up RJ had already preset my tuner in the radio for me so I did not have to something I did not ask for him to do but he took it upon himself to do for me and it sounds awesome I won’t change a thing everything works great and RJ took the time to explain how to use everything now all I need to do is jump in my truck and my phone connects to the radio and hands free phone it is so easy to use and I am very happy I would like to thank RJ and all the crew for a great experience they are the best in Evansville they should get a hundred stars I would...
Read moreDisappointed. Bought remote start for husband for christmas. After getting it installed, he had to return twice due to the fact it will run 35 seconds. Everytime he has to come back and wait, we are loosing money. We have a mobile business. This is the 4th remote start I have bought. Have sent my brother and my boss there. My boss Alan Dart , had to have his unit replaced today also due to the fact while sitting beside the dealership we work at, smoke started rolling out the dash and horn would continue to go off. I recently had mine fail completely and take day off to have mine replaced on my Monte Carlo. We are both employed at 2 dealerships that send you buisness often. Customers ask for recommendations and we have always been proud to send them your way. But the service and "dismissal " of my husbands concerns on issue on his work van is unacceptable.
