I have tried many places to get a good, fresh, real fruit smoothie but it seems like everywhere uses the boxed juices. Not Kwench! This place is FRESH! I’ve had two different smoothies which have both been amazing and the perfect texture. I also tried an açaí bowl for the first time and it was so refreshing and tasty! I’m sure some may consider the cost a little high, but when you really look at what you’re paying for I think it’s very fair. Other smoothie places charge only a few dollars less for boxed juice. You are getting REAL, FRESH ingredients. My açaí bowl was also large enough to last me two separate meals. I finally want to mention the staff. Both times I’ve been in the two employees I encountered were incredibly friendly and are more than willing to help you. Please give this place a chance and keep its doors open, one of my new favorite places!

For the record, the juice is NOT cold pressed. Cold pressed juice doesn’t separate or have foam on the top! I’m glad I realized this before I bought the 5 pack. I assumed it was cold pressed due to the prior reviews and price(my fault completely), but they use a regular centrifugal juicer. So many of the health benefits are gone since it heats the juice so much(they have to add ice). I did think my juice was delicious, the staff was fantastic, and will be back for a smoothie or bowl only. I will save actual juicing for my cold press machine at home. Maybe a truly cold pressed place will open?:)

This fresh shop just opened this week in Evansville. I tried an acai bowl which was delicious and covered with a lot of toppings. I went back the next day and got a Glow juice—so fresh! I watched them put lots of kale in the juicer with fresh celery, citrus and ginger. No sugar or dairy! I’ll be back soon. (They also have avocado and peanut butter/banana toast!)
