Billig Jewelers, Inc. — Attraction in Evesham Township

I cannot speak more positively of my entire experience with Rick Billig and the entire Billig Jewelers team in purchasing an engagement ring for my fiancé. My fiancé and her family had been purchasing jewelry from Billig for generations so it was important to me to also purchase the ring from them. From the minute I walked into the door and first introduced myself and my connection to her family, they were incredibly welcoming. They immediately asked how her Mother and Brother were doing and I could tell right away that this was exactly the type of personal and family experience I was hoping for.

I was about as naive as anyone could be coming into this process and Rick Billig could not have been more of a godsend in assisting me with the purchase. First and foremost, he took twenty to thirty minutes of his time just getting to know me, my background, what I do for work, my relationship with my fiancé, etc. and he could not have been more genuine in establishing a relationship with a potential customer. I could tell he was just as excited about being a part of my engagement process as I was to ask my future fiancé to spend the rest of her life with me. EDUCATIONAL: Again, I was clueless. He could not have been a better teacher and expert of the industry.

ACCOMMODATING: He moved his schedule around to personally cater to mine. He spent time after his work hours to meet with me. Adhered exactly to my timeline.

PUNCTUAL: He met all of the deadlines he promised at the beginning of the process; all the while, sending me updates on his progress, renderings of the ring and he ultimately created an incredible fifteen second video of the ring once completed.

NECESSITATE: My fiancé had a very specific vision of what she wanted. Despite his expertise, Rick never once tried to push something different (even in the slightest bit). He was so comforting in that regard and made her vision come exactly to life.

PERSONAL: This is truly an incredible family-run business. They make it so personal and understand that in a lot of ways they are selling a symbol that represents the cornerstone and foundations of one’s family. Rick even threw in a bottle of Perrier-Jouet champagne and two glasses as a thank-you gift when I picked the ring up.

Where do I even begin? Like most women, I've been dreaming of my engagement ring since I was a little girl. So when I met the man of my dreams and started discussing rings, I knew it was time to pull out my Pinterest board. We visited 2 other mainstream jewelers before stumbling upon Billig. We went there just to have a look and walked out knowing that we weren't going anywhere else. We have been so happy with Billig since the very moment we stepped in their door. Rick greeted and guided us through everything along with his brother Steve. They both made us feel like family. Not once did we feel like we were being pressured or rushed. I was so overwhelmed with options and became indecisive at one point and both of them were extraordinarily patient and sweet with me. Once I knew what I wanted, they executed my dream ring and it came out beyond my expectations. They worked with our budget and made sure we were comfortable with everything along the way. I was honestly stunned with my ring at the proposal and got compliments from a stranger the next day who happened to be in the jewelry business. She said "the craftsmanship of that ring is PRESTINE". My fiancé and I truly cannot thank Rick and Steve enough for everything they've done to make us so happy and confident in our purchase. We have literally been recommending them to everyone. My fiance and I had an amazing experience working with Steve. I am so happy we decided on Billig Jewelers to design my engagement ring. After looking online to find which jeweler to go with, we saw how many reviews were saying how trustworthy and patient Billig was, and that was exactly what we were looking for. We made an appointment for a consultation and met Steve a week later. Not only was Steve extremely knowledgeable and helpful but he treated us like friends and not just customers. He spent a lot of time getting to know our story and what we were looking for in an engagement ring. He brought our idea to life and made it even better than we imagined.
