Frequent many Burlingtons- Corporate: Great overall staffing for the majority of your stores. Some associated have given me the box to shoes I was purchasing (when bringing out new items), a Manager once even went into the back to look for baseball bats and brought me EIGHT (8)!

Good evening Google Family. I visited this location of Burlington for the first time today. I was in search of intimate wear and a pocketbook since my pink bag is worn out. Anyone who follows me on Google knows that I hate to spend money. I believe in being Frugal and Thrifty, its about saving for a rainy day, having an emergency fund. I needed a new bag since my bag looks worn and I hate looking forlorn, if you know what I mean. I see what I want, pick it up, and I place it in my cart and then I stand in line and purchase it. First - and last - time in the Marlton store. Experience in others stores has always been good, but not this one. We spent some time gathering some clothes to try only to find the fitting room closed. Not sure how you run a store selling a large amount of clothes with no fitting room. It was 20 minutes till closing time and we asked a staff member for help, she looked around at the almost empty store and suggested my wife go try the clothes in the back of the store. Seriously!? She then asked an apparent manager who clearly forgot the “customer” in customer service. Her first response, “we’re closing.” Yes, in 17 minutes.
