SINCE THE STORE OPENED I LOVED IT EVERY SINGLE TIME I WALKED IN TO GET MY ORDER TONS OF SMILES AND GREAT TALKS BY THE STAFF. I HAVE BEEN USING THEM FOR EVERYTHING FROM BDAYS TO FUNERALS. I STILL LOVE THEM AND WILL CONTINUE GOING TO TODAY I CALLED TO ORDER FLOWERS LIKE I HAVE FOR YEARS AND I WAS TOLD I NOW HAVE TWO CHOICES ONLINE OR IN STORE ONLY. I MENTIONED THAT I WANTED TO ADD SOME EXTRA FLOWERS TO MY ORDER AND WAS TOLD BY THE WOMAN ON THE PHONE THAT THE MANAGER SOLD ONLY ITEMS ON THE WEBSITE?? SO NOW I HAVE TO GO AFTERWORK AND ORDER IT IN PERSON. I LIVE IN TOWN AND WORK HOUR AWAY AND THOUGHT CALLING IN MY ORDER LIKE I HAVE FOR YEARS WOULD BE THE WAY TO GO BUT I GUESS PLACING A ORDER OVER THE PHONE DOESN'T MAKE SENSE ANYMORE.
