We purchased a leather sectional from this store back in Febuary 2019 which in itself we had issues (delivery ended up scratching the sofa pretty severely on multiple corners) which they replaced with a new one 5 weeks later. The new sofa however had a malfunctioning zipper on the bottom of the sofa where the cover would not zip and simply hang down to the floor. We contacted BIF the day we received the 2nd sofa (May 20, 2019) and they said they will send out a repair technician to our house. May 24th we contacted them again since we heard nothing for 4 days and the Manager replied (via txt) he would check. No word again so we reached out on June 2nd, and they said they received the zipper head from the vendor and they would send the technician that following Thursday or Friday and he would confirm with us before they send the technician to us. June 11th the manager texted and asked if they can visit either on the 12th or 13th which we replied 13th. June 13th comes around and the "technicians" say they cannot fix the zipper. We contacted BIF again and this time they said they will send a "expert" to sew it up? I confronted the manager since we thought we waited 3 weeks for the so called "expert" who had a zipper from the manufacture but it turns out the individuals who came to our house were not specialized in the repair...Why would they send unqualified people to come try to fix our couch? skipping forward...We heard nothing from BIF so we contacted them again on June 21st asking for an update. Manager replied "I will let you know by next Monday. sorry for the delay". Monday comes no reply. We feel bad since we keep calling asking about our repair so we decide to give them some time to reach out to us instead of us constantly calling/texting them. Nothing so we finally reach back out July 27th..Manager replys back July 29th "sorry we will come this Thursday and attach new bottom fabric. Thursday or Friday, I will confirm this Wednesday for the date and time".
This was the last time we heard from BIF and I am writing this review December 9th 2019. 7 months after our initial complaint and still not resolved. We pretty much given up on the store to fix the sectional now that the return policy is no longer valid. OH I almost forgot..we found the same sectional online $2000 cheaper than what they charged us.
Take away notes. Overpriced furniture, lack of communication, and unfulfilled promises. I highly suggest looking elsewhere...

The worst sales people and management I have ever experienced. I will never go there again. It's like you are invisible to the sales people when you walk in. I actually had to go to walk up to the customer service counter to ask if there are any sales people here who can assist me. I was told that they are all in the bathroom! LOL. Also, the customer support people do not speak English very well, so there is the issue of communication. I am surprised they are in business. I should have gone with my first instinct and not gone in. The place looks run down from the outside and the fact that I was the only customer at the time, and I was in there looking at the furniture for about 30 minutes before I went up to the customer service counter to see if there are any sales folks or ANYONE who can assist me.
Finally, when the one sales person came out of the bathroom to assist me, he was not very knowledgeable. Every time I asked him a question, he had to run to the service counter PC to look it up. To make matters worse, I ended up ordering a bed, which he said was in stock after looking at the PC for about 10 minutes. We paid for the item and it was supposed to be delivered in 10 days. I waited for the delivery date that was on my sales receipt, which did not have a time for delivery and was told that I would get a call on the date of delivery to confirm the time. I never got a call, so I call the store to ask. I was told, they were very sorry but they forgot to call me to let me know that the bed I ordered is not in stock and that the piece has been discontinued.
I was frustrated and upset, so I said to process my refund on my credit card. Its been over week and I have not received my refund. I have called several times an spoke to the sales person who processed my charge and my apparently my refund. I was told that since they are a small business it will take longer to get my refund, What the HELL!!!!!!
DO NOT GO THERE IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR SANITY AND MONEY.. SPEND it ANYWHERE ELSE. I HOPE I GET MY MONEY BACK SOON FROM THESE BOZOS!

Read moreBif gets an “F” from us in customer satisfaction. Before you purchase anything from Bif in Fairfax please read our experience. We purchased an Onyx dining table from Bif. The ordered was placed on 12/31/13. Table was eventually delivered on 4/18/14. While inspecting it with a Bif Representative we noted a crack and several small holes on one corner of the table. We discussed this verbally and in writing with Bif. After several emails exchanges, our sales representative ( John) finally got back to us and said he will have representatives from Stone International come by to our house to inspect the table. Stone International is the manufacturer of this Onyx table. They came by, inspected the table and agreed that there is a crack and the table has several small holes on its surface. They said that Onyx tables at times do come with this type of cracks and that our representative should have disclosed this information prior to us placing the order. Unfortunately for us, John neither verbally nor in writing had disclosed this information to us. Stone international offered to send a technician to our home to see if they can fix this. The technician came in but unfortunately the cracks or the holes could not be fixed. We had asked Stone International that what if it can’t be fixed? They responded that then we it is a problem that Bif management has to fix since they did not disclose to us that Onyx tables can have some cracks on them. Had they done that we would have never ordered this table. We called John and told me if they can replace the table, or refund us or adjust their cost since the table has a defect on it. I was shocked to hear that he wants me to basically accept the table the way it is even though we paid close to six thousand dollars for it. I will not recommend this store to anyone given the unprofessional behavior I have encounter with our sales representative and the stone manager ( Sasha). I will take legal action to make sure they disclose this type of information to customers before they sale...
