I recently hosted an event at this place, and I must say it was a truly disappointing experience. From the moment I walked in, I was met with a complete lack of professionalism and competence from the front desk staff (Gina).

First of all, the communication leading up to the event was subpar. It's clear that the front desk staff(not all) lacks the basic customer service skills.

When the day of the event finally arrived, things only got worse. We had requested many times to extend our event, but front desk staff was rude. She was unable to accommodate our request.

She said to our guests when they went to request for extension of event for another one hour

“ I will be locking the door exactly at end of your booking time and will not wait for 2 min, I need to leave, even if you all(hosts and guests with kids) are here in the party hall, I will lock the main door with you guys inside, you guys would come out only next day morning” .

We all were panicked with that fear and we did not had enough time to wrap up. We announced event has to be stopped right away to utilized remining time for pack up.

which resulted in guests having to leave the event early in middle of their dinner. This was incredibly embarrassing and unprofessional.

Furthermore, the attitude and demeanor of the front desk staff were far from welcoming. They appeared disinterested and unhelpful, leaving a terrible impression on both me and my guests. It's shocking to encounter such a lack of courtesy and basic customer service skills in the hospitality industry.

Overall, my experience at this party has was nothing short of a nightmare. The front desk staff's incompetence, unprofessionalism, and lack of courtesy ruined what was supposed to be a special occasion. I would strongly advise anyone considering booking this party hall to think twice and explore other options where your event can be treated with the professionalism and respect...

This is such a great place to hold wedding events and other special events with family and friends at a beautiful facility, with amazing service, price, and location. Everyone at the center was extremely helpful and responsive to all our questions as my wife and I planned our wedding which was held at the center in September 2020. The staff provided the best quality recommendations on different topics as we conducted several walk throughs of the facility over an extended period of time with the wedding caterer, photographer, videographer, DJ and others. We originally planned to have our wedding in May 2020 but had to reschedule due to COVID-19. The staff were there for us whenever we needed them and did an amazing job assisting with the reschedule of our wedding in September. Brianne Baglini, Ryan Rifkin, Kaveh Tajalli, and so many others where there when we needed assistance providing answers and recommendations to the caterer, photographer, videographer, and DJ whenever they were with us. Our wedding was so amazing and will be remembered by our family and friends for the years to come. My wife and her daughter spend at least one time a day looking at pictures and videos of our wedding with joy and happiness that would not have been possible without the support and assistance we received from the staff at the Stacey Sherwood Center. My husband and I just had our wedding reception (about 100 people) here in the full performance space, and were sincerely impressed from the start. All of the staff were very communicative, professional, and helpful in the planning process for what we would need for our big day.
