Ordered 2 burgers and a chicken sandwich. The chicken sandwich was completely raw in the middle! Absolutely disgusting! Went to their website to let them know of the horrible meal we received. Submitted form got no feedback from the owner! The burger packaging had hair in it. Complete waste of $60.00. Never order from this place! UPDATE: was contacted by corporate and that was extremely unsatisfying. I was told our meals were refunded. They were not. Received a $40 off coupon to order from them again that was only valid for 2 weeks. After the experience we had…. No WAY! My last email for clarification on where my refund was or if that coupon was considered my refund has gone unanswered for 6 days now.

According to their website, the burgers are made in Denny's? Kind of deceiving when ordering delivery but I guess it's normal with this new concept of "ghost kitchens". Will probably order again.

Poor service, ordered an extra “impossible patty” but did not receive the extra patty. The original patty was not what I expected, it was a black bean patty that tasted like freezer. Very mushy, terrible food and terrible service. I would not recommend.

I literally ordered from The Burger Den three nights in a row and every time it hit! My wife and Is orders were done perfectly and it came quickly. My experience has been different from others obviously, however, I feel like maybe they've made improvements because I'd argue best burger I've had in NOVA in a loooong time....
