AF Supply - Hardware Bath & Spa — Attraction in Fairfield

I have really had the most awful experience with this company. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Not only did they take more than a month to get my plumbing fixtures but then didn't send me everything I ordered and expected me to wait another 10 days to get one if the parts I ordered because their warehouse gave it to another customer who made an order just a week before the parts came in. I literally sat in their showroom for 3 hours making them obtain the part they should have sent me originally. Of course this held up completion of my bathroom for 2 more weeks. When I finally got all the parts he couldn't finish the bathroom because they sent me the wrong diverter valve- which the salesman ordered the more expensive valve that I could not use. Which necessitated another wait to obtain the correct part and another trip for the plumber which of course costs more money. The manager of the showroom insists that the plumber could have used it if he did the plumbing different however as I told the manager- the plumbing was already done and the walls were up and tiled so the salesman should have just given me the correct parts I needed. I showed him pictures of all the plumbing and exactly what I needed for the shower so not sure why he would order the other parts. So in the end after 3 trips to my home from the plumber and waiting another 3 weeks to obtain the correct parts my bathroom is finally done. And now today I receive a bill in the mail from this company for another $110. Not only are they incompetent they also take no responsibility or accountability for their incompetence. The manager in the office literally tried to say it wasn’t their fault that it took over a month to obtain my plumbing fixtures because the shipping company needed someone to sign for the delivery and also when the warehouse took my part and gave it to someone who just ordered the same plumbing fixtures the week before. IT WASNT THEIR FAULT!!! She failed to send me a return label to send back the parts they had to send me to replace the ones they sent me in error and now wants to try to bill me for the parts. And now when I call and ask why I received a bill she says it’s been crazy there. Complete and utter incompetence and lack of concern for their customers. They don’t care that my bathroom took 1.5 months longer to complete because of their incompetence. And they don’t care that I had to pay the plumber to come to my home 2 extra times. When I mentioned that to Fernanda she said it’s costing her money to send me the new parts. How incompetent of a company. Don’t buy anything there unless you want...

I strongly recommend that you do NOT order anything from AF Supply. The condition the tub I ordered was delivered in is appalling. While the item was not damaged (unbelievably - and only bc it is made out of enameled steel), the box was FILTHY and opened and ripped on the top AND the sides, revealing the tub wall and top. In fact, there was dirt and debris on the base of the inside of the tub (dirt, leaves, etc). I'm honestly really surprised AF Supply felt comfortable even shipping this item to me in the condition it's in. Clearly, they don't care about quality control or the condition of their items before they're sent to you.

Not only that, the delivery people will do the absolute bare minimum. Do not expect them to do any more than drop it in your driveway. They are "not allowed" to move it into your home or onto a porch. So, if you don't have a garage, ensure you have extra help to move this item to a covered location.

I will never order from this company again, and I recommend that you do not...

The total period of my order (3 faucets and one vanity with sink) took me more than 3 months, including the replacement. I never felt I was under served and may be singled out from the sales people. (Is it because my order was too small?) I had almost zero phone call since the initial purchase. My sales rep claimed she is always with customers, but she picks up a phone call from the other branch right away. I was at the other branch when the person called her. (I ended up finalized my order at AF supply in Harrison, NJ) And If you visit this store, it is hard to believe. My last email to salesperson was about the uncomfortable experience from this office, which repeatedly expressed through many emails. And her final response was wish me luck and sweet...
