First of all, I cannot say enough about this place! I tell the staff constantly that I've been in the cannabis industry for over 20 years as a Hospice nurse. I custom make a lot of of my edibles and RSO products. Anyway, throughout my own business, I've had the experience of visiting every single dispensary from Fall River to Provincetown, Massachusetts. I was a Northeast Alternatives girl for a long time but they have really rude staff. The OG staff were great! Natures medicine in both Fall, River and Wareham horrible service Horrible product uneducated staff . Verilife in Wareham still a good quality place up there with Cana great staff, great product but 2-3 x as much usually. INGood Health in Sandwich, MA crap, dusty weed, cheap vape s and more crap staff than good staff. Triple M good quality, good people lots of choices $$$$$$$$ good trusted medical side. Ascend is crap! Trade roots in Wareham good medical knowledgeable kind people. CANA THOUGH IN FAIRHAVEN and NOW NEW BEDFORD IS HANDS DOWN A GREAT PLACE. Best value, nice vibe, nice staff, they know me by name before seeing my ID. The quality of their flower is unmatched in my opinion and I grow and am 56 years old btw. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with CANA! The products along with the great service. From the moment I engaged with them, it was clear that their top priority was ensuring customer satisfaction. Every interaction was professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Cana Blue Dream unbelievable! Amazing job on the grow and curing it properly. Never understood why not too many dispensaries really care what strains they carry just that they carry them. Love seeing Blue Dream flower not a cart or vape. Cana has come a long way, have expanded fast, and has Bask scratching their heads. If you aren’t vertically integrated with your own grow its very hard to keep the doors open. Prerolls cost companies.60-.90 cents to make. They sell them for 4-6 dollars. So 600% markup helps the 42-50% margin you are expecting to get to keep the doors open. 800 dollars an pound is low for the cost of a pound of cannabis, 1200 last year. Same with over saturation of cannabis in the market.

Any product too low in cost may be great for customers but its making dispos with no grow or who lost their crop due to thrips are closing their doors fast. Or you have Fall River with too much competition after the Jasiel Corriea case youd think they’d wanna see dispensaries succeed. Yet no cap on licenses has left way too much competition. Love cana...
