It had been maybe four decades since I last rented a tuxedo, so as you might imagine I was a bit curious about how the process may have changed. I walked into Slade Formalwear in Fall River looking for a particular Sarno tux, and found myself in a comforting, casual, and very relaxed atmosphere. The owner took one look at the picture on my cell phone and knew exactly what tux I was looking for. He fitted me, and assured me that the tux would be ready for pickup no later than the Wednesday prior to the Saturday wedding.

The communication during the six or so weeks was clear, and once my tux was ready to be picked up they reached out via email and text letting me know to come in early and not wait until the last minute in case minor alterations were necessary.

None were. I tried the tux on, and everything fit like it was custom tailored. I proudly wore this tuxedo to the very best wedding I have ever attended.
