May 16, 2025 - I witnessed some Hispanic guy at the front of the line put his little brother in front at the door opening didn'tshow up until 10a.m. Who is also 9 yr.old to get 2 SPC boxes and attempted to get 2 more of the 5 available. Which screwed over the man that was #2 who was there all night waiting as long as the guy in front. Shame on him for using his 9 yr. old brother to get Pokémon for himself. I received a voicemail at 12:45 that my item I ordered back in may came in for pick up. Not only did I not get a call when it came in back in June I was told I could come by today 7/16 and they close at 8. Dan is the name. I returned his call at 2:45 saying I would be by around 6 for pick up as I had to drive to fernley for a work meeting then come all the back to find the office closed. Very disappointed. I tried walking into the Fallon Nv GameStop to trade in a brand new remote to change color at 3:27 pm, I asked the person working that day. He looked like a young worker and he said he didn't have the time to do the tests, I offered to bring up the receipt for when I bought the remote.
