Great place, but there was a woman with blond hair in a ponytail wearing a grey t-shirt and shorts there that decided to come over and start yelling at my child and her friend for touching the fancy juke box. I was told that the woman was the owner. This woman didn’t even come talk to me. Instead, went strait to my child to correct/scold her. Then went and sat at the bar with a friend of hers. Real professional… That doesn’t sit right with me. I don’t think I’ll be coming back any time soon.

I was not absent, and I was in fact supervising my child. I do not have a problem with you wanting to protect your high value assets. Very poor experience here. Time and effort should be taken to make sure the fryer oil is filtered and basins scrubbed every night even if the boss has to do it themselves after closing. After one bite of their onion rings immediate taste of stank old oil, merely a precursor for the burger. I like my meat rare and bloody as they proceeded to let me order because I know some places won’t serve burgers like that. It was like the line cook was playing with me cause when I say burnt this patty was a literally hockey puck which was crazy due to the size. Completely unbearable. Awesome concept, but just disappointed in the staff for the poke place. We were in line ahead of a group of people and another couple when we gave our sheet to the worker. The group of people, the couple, and another lady who arrived way after us received their food prior to us. Think some of the kinks need to be worked out with staff and the line concept. Would have preferred it to be like other places where you follow the food through the line. Also hope that other food options are available in the future as the casual atmosphere could benefit from...
