We live in this little town and we enjoy supporting small businesses. However, certain employees make that difficult to do when the customer experience is a bad one. The food is always decent, as decent as a pizza joint can be. It's nothing special.
There is one older gentleman in particular, I think he's the manager, who is very argumentative and just provides bad customer service. This usually happens because the business is always out of something. Four months ago it was large salad plates, and tonight it was small soda cups. The customer is not told when the business is out of these things, and it is the expectation that the customer will pay additional for things like a family size to go box instead of the large size salad plates which is bigger than the large salad to go box. In tonight's case, the gentleman expected us to pay for large soda glasses when we asked for small sodas with free refills because the restaurant did not have any small soda glasses either clean or in stock. According to the manager the business did not have any small soda glasses within the establishment at all. When we asked if he could charge us for small sodas since it was free refills anyways and give us the large soda glass at the small soda price he filled the large soda glass up halfway and gave it to us. Then proceeded to argue that even though the refills were free we had only ordered a small soda so he would only fill the glass up halfway this time and each additional time moving forward. After a 10-minute argument ensued which ended in us asking to leave our number for the owners to call us, and the manager telling another employee they could not make it right by filling up the soda glasses full, he finally conceded and filled the soda glasses all the way up.
To the business owner, soda is cheap! If you are out of small soda glasses and don't have any in your establishment, then you should charge for one size soda and take the other off the menu. When you have someone at the front counter that argues with a customer over 69 cents worth of soda that's bad business! This gentleman would be great for making pizzas, ensuring the proper amount of cheese is on them and not a piece more. He would be great for managing inventory and keeping your cost down in the sense that he will not negate the rules that way. However, this gentleman is not a good customer facing person for your establishment. If he continues to run the counter you will continue to lose business. I hope you see this review and make some changes. As for my family and I, we will...
Read moreIt started with the dining area being filthy, that kind of old stickiness found in restaurants that aren’t ever deep cleaned.
Women were walking back and forth into the food storage area with their long hair on display, like they were fixin to head to Stockman’s on a Friday night, perfect to shed into the food. The individuals who did attempt to secure their hair still have very dirty tendrils floating about, waiting to jump ship into a cheesy pizza.
The vibe was very “Miserable Fallonian” with all of the women behind the counter sporting matching, terrible attitude towards the patrons of business. Customer service is clearly NOT something this business has to offer.
The dog running free in the dining area, while I waited over an hour for a simple medium pizza, really was the cherry on top of the dirty disaster.
I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, that they may be slammed busy. But, the phone wasn’t ringing, and due to all the standing around and staring into the abyss of the members behind the counter, it seems they may just employ very unmotivated individuals.
The pizza had no real flavor, just a lot of very odd textures. Not sure how you can’t pull off a simple pepperoni pizza, but it seemed out of their wheelhouse.
They were somehow able to archive a crust that was both gummy (like a gummy bear)and crunchy (like a cracker) with no taste at all! I’m guessing the only thing they actually worked - was that crust to death! That is quite the achievement in my book.
Very little pride is taken in this business. It is clear they are NOT concerned about creating a great experience for their customers nor a great product. With inflation changing our spending habits I would recommend any other pizza place in Fallon to spend your hard...

Three brothers own and operate three restaurants in three towns. Dough is made from scratch and rolled daily for two types of crust, cheese is grated and blended in house, and other toppings are sliced or otherwise prepared daily. Pizzas are cooked to order so that we, the guests, have the freshest and best pizza possible. Ingredients are sourced locally, where possible, and also consistently from the same supplier in order to offer a consistent product. You always know what you will get because out always comes from the same place.
I worked here when I was in high school. It was a great job and I was treated very well. I also got to see what goes on behind the scenes. Not that anything is hidden. The open design allows guests to see the full kitchen and all of the work.
While doing prep work, I clearly remember asking the owner about what I should do if I were to find anything spoiled. As a teenager I was a bit timid about the idea of being told to do something I didn't want to do. You can imagine my relief when he answered that I should discard anything that I would not want to eat myself. His first priority is to make good food that he would be happy to eat as well as serve to family and guests.
If you haven't yet, you need to do yourself a favor and...
