RAVE FOR PIZZA FACTORY Y'all, can I just say WOW! So, the family and I went to Pizza Factory for dinner tonight. And I must say, what a refreshing change of scenery, both food and ambiance. When we walked in, Cindy's smiling face ready to take our orders at the register. We had a half and half pizza, an all you can eat salad bar (true, multiple trips, all-you-can-eat salad bar) and several drinks. We used a coupon and paid for the rest, with no problems at checkout. Though they had a lot of people eating in, there were plenty of clean tables to sit at, TV to keep us entertained while the pizza was cooking, and Cindy was kind enough to take it up on herself to bring us coloring books and crayons for our little ones. The fully stocked salad bar had the right sized plates readily available, with plastic gloves to use while serving, fresh green lettuce and a variety of toppings. Of the completely full and abundant variety of dressings, we of course chose ranchš. And YES, we did go for a second round of salad. The delectable tasting pizza was delivered to our table hot within 15 minutes of us sitting down. It was cooked to perfection, with a brown, lightly toasted, bubbly crust, stringy melted mozzarella cheese which hung perfectly as we pulled the first slice, fresh vegetables, which, you could tell were added after the pizza cooked as the bell peppers were crisp and the mushrooms still looked fresh, not wilted as if they went through the oven. We asked for a few small sides of ranch, which was happily brought to us WITHOUT us having to pay for it! Our first bite was amazing! Snapping through the fresh, crisp veggies on top, sinking into the delicious meat and dough, with a finale of crunch at the end. Perfection! The way a pizza should be. While eating, we ran into friends, who were also enjoying the ambiance. I'll have to admit, our littles were a little crazy at the end, running through the place chasing each otherš¬, the staff didn't pay any mind to it at all. Overall, an amazing experience I look forward to repeating really soon. If you haven't tried them yet, I highly recommend doing so. Thank you Pizza Factory for the refreshing...

During my recent visit to The Pizza Factory in Fallon, Nevada, I had an overall pleasant experience that left me satisfied. The staff members were genuinely friendly and welcoming, which added a nice touch to the dining atmosphere.
One notable aspect of my visit was their willingness to accommodate my request for a pizza that wasn't listed on the menu. They took the time to understand my preferences and were open to customizing a pizza to suit my taste. While it wasn't a mind-blowing creation, I appreciated their efforts to meet my specific needs.
The ambiance of The Pizza Factory was cozy and inviting. It's a casual place where you can relax and enjoy a meal with friends or family. The decor is simple and unassuming, providing a comfortable setting for a laid-back dining experience.
As for the pizza itself, it was enjoyable but didn't necessarily stand out as extraordinary. The crust had a good texture, and the toppings were fresh. However, I felt that the flavor could have been more robust and memorable. It's worth noting that they offer a range of standard pizza options to choose from, and you can customize your toppings as well.
The service at The Pizza Factory was attentive, and the staff made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. They were prompt in addressing any requests we had, making the experience pleasant and hassle-free.
If you happen to be in Fallon, Nevada, The Pizza Factory is a decent spot to grab a bite. The friendly staff and their willingness to accommodate customization are definite highlights. While the pizza may not leave you in awe, it offers a satisfying meal that will cater to your preferences. Keep your expectations in check, and you're likely to have an enjoyable dining experience at this...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have been here two and a half times. First time they were closing in 10 mins and refused to serve which I can understand but the cashier had an attitude. Second time was good and I enjoyed my pizza. The third time I came a hour prior to closing and a worker had an issue with my two friends and I ordering and said āI donāt know why they came in a hour before closing and see that no one is in hereā. I am disappointed with the fact that the workers have no kind of customer care etiquette. Their attitudes are uncalled for and thereās no reason. I enjoyed my pizza the one time they decided to have any customer...
