Bayou Bites — Restaurant in Fallon

This place was recommended by a local as i was passing through So I decided to give it a try. I had the shrimp and crawfish roll with a side of their lemon beignets. I thought the roll would be hot but it was cold and want a fan in all. The sweet treats were fluffy but not a fan as well. I didn't have high hopes because I wasn't back in the south to be honest. Now, I will say, they have some good fries! I didn't care for the menu with what came with fries vs what didn't (due to the fa t I like fries)... The young lady that took my order was decently friendly and helpful with the menu. The overall atmosphere was pretty chill, a few establishments...

I went here twice and had the same experience. It takes 30 minutes or more to get your food and you have to go remind them that you made an order. It’s seems they have one employee doing everything and they can’t keep up. The food was good the first time but super slow service and she didn’t remember my order. Thinking it was just a mistake I went back a week later and had the same experience. I won’t come back again. Loud atmosphere and crazy slow service. $32 for one poboy, small Mac n cheese and a coke....

Not enough stars for this place!! The BEST Cajun food I've had since being down south! Family ran business with wonderfully nice and accommodating people that really really KNOW how to cook and run a food business. Got a customer for life out of me and my family! Thank you for the nostalgic flavors, working with my seafood allergy AND sending us home with our To-go packed separately so we can enjoy it just as much later. Best food in Fallon, maybe even in the 2hr...
