I have only been in a rally house store twice. First time was Plymouth Meeting area. And second time was Oxford valley area and the Oxford valley store will probably be the last rally house that I will be in. You were adequately staffed which was great, but no one wanted to Wait on me which is not too great I have to tell you. It was almost like they sidestepped me every time they must have thought I was going to ask a question because no one came up to me and asked if I needed a hand and I certainly was looking for a specific item. That I had seen in your Plymouth meeting store i was hoping to get it at the oxford valley store and after walking around for about 20 minutes. I finally found one of the jerseys. I was looking for and I had to physically walk to the front of the store to find and associate and ask. Do you have this in another size and as ignorant As she could possibly be said no, whatever's on the rack, is it Meanwhile, a few minutes later I heard the same associate. Tell a customer that she will look in the back for an item for this customer. When she told me there is no back, they don't have anything in the back now. I can go many directions with why I felt as though they were ignoring me. Or at least this one associate was ignoring me. But I'm going to leave that and just chalk it up to Piss poor Customer service probably piss poor management. If that is there. I bought an item from the Warrington location which was a new store had a coupon for 20% off I decided to exchange the same exact it’s just different size and player at the Oxford valley location and he would not do it because of the new store coupon (never heard of that) I said you can just override for the price I paid he stated he could not because I used that coupon and it was only for that location and that I needed to go back to that store to Exchange the item.(Never heard of that) so I left and called Willow grove explained everything with what happened associate went asked the manager and they said no problem just have the coupon and I also called customer service and they stated the same exact thing, I never wrote reviews but I felt as though I had to. I will never step foot into that location again. Read moreI purchased a “custom” Bohm powder blue Phillies jersey as nobody seemed to have them in stock. They said it would take a few hours, but 20 min later (while still there) they said it was done. The number on the front of the jersey (28) was very crooked and I told them I could not accept it like that. They said no problem and made a second one. I waited around and 20 min later they give me another jersey with a bigger mistake. The “B” in Bohm was noticeably lower than the rest of the name. I did not accept that one either. Finally they asked another employee “Bren” to give it a try. She told me it would take her a little longer because she is a perfectionist. She asked if I would like to stay and be a second set of eyes while she placed the name/numbers. She was very professional and took pride in her job which you don’t see often these days. The jersey came out great and I am very satisfied with it. I highly recommend asking if Bren is available when ordering a custom jersey. She deserves some kudos!
