Don't go there horrible customer service and they lie to you... First time I went it took a hour and a half. With hardly any help his name is Ben. Got the Samsung s25 the phone had a couple problems. Went back within the 14-day period to return the phone spoke to a man name mike. I told him I was mentally disabled and he tried taking advantage of me by saying that I wasn't going to get my discount back since I'm exchanging phones. That's exploitation of a mentally disabled person. If I hadn't worked in retail I wouldn't have known to speak to the manager. But even he was shady and said just do that thing and instead of returning the phone so I could get my full credit they exchanged it and I could only get the s25 Plus instead of Samsung s25 ultra. I could have just did this over the phone for the s25 Plus customer service told me to bring back the phone to the store to get all my credit. But yet somehow I didn't and I didn't get the phone I wanted again they tried ripping a mentally disabled person off for $400 discount and then messed up the return to get all my credit back so. So listen clearly if you go back to exchange a phone there within the 14-day period make sure they don't try to lie to you about getting your discount back whichever amount it may be. And if they do try to say you're not getting your discount back say hold on and call the police on them I should have. Worst store worst customer service I ever had and the fact that they would try to take advantage of a mentally disabled person is horrible. I know this cuz I told them I was mentally disabled multiple times so they might help me a little more. But if anything they helped me Les and the one guy Mike didn't even know the difference between the three Samsung phones. Xfinity Worst phone company in the world. Even their customer service over the phone 19 to 20 phone calls over an hour each or more and messaging them took 3 hours to activate the new phone and the phone didn't come with a return label like the guy Mike said. Another lie and when the person who I was messaging through Xfinity sent me a return label. It was only good for one day horrible customer service over the phone. First I'll try selling you something instead of helping you then you'll have to get transferred to get help and then it will take another hour or two. So now I have to contact the government to take care of it since I already went through this with Xfinity and tried to resolve it they would not exchange the phone or give me enough credit for all the horrible mental anguish and the fact that they tried to exploit a mentally disabled person for money. PS even before he said that I couldn't get the Samsung s25 ultra he said hold on let me check if they're in stock before he came back and lied to me he probably went and spoke to the manager because last time they checked for a phone they checked right through the computer another lie from that guy Mike. I hope this is enough to tell you not to go there and not to deal with Xfinity for anything even their home internet is horrible it has so many outages and now these little outages. That will only be for a couple seconds but if you're using it for online games it ruins the game because it says internet connection lost. I hope this helps everybody wish I would have done it sooner. Please don't make the same mistake I did and write reviews to let everybody know how bad the store is and how bad Xfinity is. And all the good reviews you see are obviously a bunch of lies they're either getting paid to put a good review on there or they know the people that work there. Because why would I have such a bad experience and everyone else have a good experience no such thing as having a super bad experience and everyone else having a good experience especially with a 3.7 rating for reviews people just start writing the bed reviews that they should be. I had a horrible experience w comcast 2day. After waitin almost a wk w no cable, 4 my appt 2 finally arrive, no1 shows up or even calls. So I call the store that my husband n I originally set up the appt at n it connects only 2 the 1800#. I then fight a losin battle w the automated system just 2 speak w a representative that was absolutely no help at all. He wants 2 tell me that Im not authorized 2 speak on this account but was kind enuf 2 share w me that his computer was showin that we didnt hv ne appt scheduled b4 hangin up. 1st, only a few days ago I had called w a diff issue n had spoken w a rep who was more than happy 2 help me w my probs n concerns regardin this account. 2nd, I was added 2 the account the day we had closed out the old 1, set up the new 1, n made the appt which they then took my # 2 call b4 they were supposed 2 arrive n also gave me n appt card w 2days date n the time window. N 2day Im not on the account? Hmmm. But anyway...at this point I hv 2 call my busy husband at work n ask him 2 stop what hes doin 2 call the cable company? So he does n calls back n informs me that when we called the other day, the rep had 2 close out the work order (because they didnt do it right the 1st time) n closed out the appt but didnt repost it when she opened up the new 1, even after havin confirmed it. Also some1 wld b out 2morrow btween 11 n 1 n that I get 2 sit at home again n hope that some1 actually shows up this time instead of goin 2 the funeral that I was supposed 2 attend w my children 4 a very close friend that had just passed away OR I can reschedule this appt n wait about another week 2 hv my cable installed. Read moreWent in to pick up a cable box as I changed my service plan from internet only to double play with TV service and the rep told me there was no order and I clearly stated I selected a double play with a price of 109/month with NO CONTRACT but he ended up redoing the entire order and putting me in a contract on a triple play package which I did not want. He send a link which barely worked or showed me what the order was only showed pricing. I get an email after I leave showing details of the triple play and contract and immediately called in to cancel service as I did not request this nor did I tell him I wanted a contract. I made it clear I did not want a contract and only double play. This sales rep only cares about his commission and not the customer. I previously worked for Comcast and know how things work and this person clearly was trying to screw me into being stuck for 2 years with no ability to cancel. Good thing is I am a smart person and looked carefully at the email and noticed it immediately and called in to get it fixed. Also I came home and tried connecting the service and nothing works other than my internet which I already had. I don’t have a name but have a cashier number on the receipt which is 09K.
