I highly recommend attending this free tour given by a knowledgeable guide who is an engineer who works there. Wide scope of related areas is covered in this tour. Make reservations early in advance. A must for young people who might consider a career in related oceanographic studies from fisheries to ocean research, to developing new vessels for research and more. (A vast area of related career areas.) Much more involved than I would ever have guessed. Excellent for all ages, even a senior citizen...
