Been getting dip for many years and family has owned multiple nail salons for over 30 yrs in California. I have long natural nails. Starting day 5 nails started lifting. Had to come and get it fixed. Day 8, 2 more nails lifted and cracked. Informed them as I can't keep coming in to get my poorly done dip repaired. I have a job and a life and going to salon takes so much time. When I finally had a chance later that week I called to come in, the gentleman who i believe is the owner tried to make it seem like it was impossible for them to have done a poor job and that it was over the 7 days. At this point an additional 2 nails for a total of 5 nails lifting by the 10th day of getting dip. He didn't want to understand that I called to inform them earlier but just couldn't make it back to the salon for the THIRD time until a few days later. They never once apologized and made me feel like they were doing me a favor by fixing my nails and the male owner was very rude and dismissive. When someone is spending $150 with you, you should ensure you do a proper job. You are nail techs, you know really well that dip should NOT start lifting day 5 or day 8. I felt so disrespected by the guy on the phone I chose not to return to repair my nails and would rather pay another salon to fix their terrible job. Don't go here, God forbid they do a bad job and you'll be treated like a liar. How about you learn to take responsibility for a bad job. It happens...maybe your tech was having a bad day or the product was old. Learn customer...

I just sent my sister Renee in there to have just a nail soak off so I, a trained licensed professional could do a full set because they don’t offer gel-x. I advised her to just ask for a soak off only because they like to add extra charges for services without disclosing extra cost (which is illegal and can be found in TDLR handbook). This has happened to me both times I have made appointments with them and both I explained that I’m a professional and they cannot charge for add-ons without disclosing extra fee and client agreeing and they took charge/s off. She was asked if she wanted her nails cut down but NO EXTRA COST WAS DISCUSSED OR AGREED UPON. When she asked why she was charged extra they explained she had nail cut down which she wasn’t disclosed of the extra charge. She’s very meek and kind so she just paid and decided to leave a review to disclose to future clients to be weary of illegal practice. They do this a lot from the reviews I’ve read which is why they’re so unprofessional and responses are outrageous. Instead of handling it professionally and offering a refund they reply with some nonsense about a steak dinner costing $10 dollars and banning her for her honesty!?! I advise anyone to NOT visit this salon and if they overcharge you for something WITHOUT DISCUSSING THE ADDED COST AND YOU AGREEING TO IT PRESERVICE then you a) don’t have to pay for additional charge not agreed upon and b) you can make a report to TDLR. I have been going to Nini Nail Bar since they first opened, and every visit has been nothing short of amazing! The staff here are truly the kindest and most welcoming people I’ve ever encountered at a salon. They always make me feel valued and taken care of, which is why I keep coming back.

Yesterday, I had my recent appointment with Tammy and Ivy, and they absolutely went above and beyond! They both worked on my manicure and pedicure, and I can confidently say it was the best experience I’ve ever had. The attention to detail, the quality of their work, and the overall care they provided were outstanding. Also my mom was next to me and they treated her with kindness even though she didn’t get a mani or pedi. We were very impressed with how sweet they were to us.

What truly set this visit apart was the incredible massages. Tammy and Ivy completely relieved all my stress with their skillful hands, making sure my hands and feet felt relaxed and refreshed. The service was immaculate, and the atmosphere of Nini Nail Bar continues to be clean, elegant, and serene—the perfect place to unwind.
