I love the store and most of the workers are very friendly but whoever the Spanish girl who work there definitely don’t want to be there and it tells . I walked up and greeted her because she definitely wasn’t going to greet me . She never looked up from a note book to speak just said “hey” I asked my question and she again never looked up ONCE I didn’t even bother to continue because clearly helping a customer wasn’t a priority. I then left and decided to come back after some convincing from my friend because I liked an item . I then went to check out with the same lady I ask do they check for bugs etc she stated in a condescending tone how do you do that ?!? Then she got silent I then said I’m not sure I would think that a furniture store have some type of disinfecting procedure she then said we don’t do anything long plus I held my card then she said well we vacuum them (which was a blunt lie because it was candy wrapper in them ! I have been a shopper and donater for years to this location.the past 2 times I have been in the store the new "manager" has been absolutely rude! Today I went in and found a door jam 2 broken pieces but nothing wood glue couldn't fix and so I asked the price (no price on the item) $10 dollars. New unbroken at Lowes it is $32. I was told it was all there and that was a fair price. I thought it was a bit high but I bought it anyway better than $32 I guess. But then I got home it was missing 2 important parts. I went back in to either find the parts or exchange it for something else. The manager, Cassandra, tells me there is a no refund or exchange policy. Now I get it, this is a second hand thrift store so if I bought a sofa and I changed my mind that one thing.... But missing parts after I was told by the man with the mustache that it was a complete set!? Really. No exchange even in this situation? No making it right? No sorry.... Just sorry for ya. Well that's not good business practice. Buyer beware Cassandra is RUDE and has no intention of treating you...

Obviously they need more help. Seemed like one lady was running the show. Bossing customers around in an odd way. I just needed to know the price of flooring because there was no price. I checked. It was on the tile, the smaller vinyl pieces. But the entire boxes of flooring has no price. I waited there and no one came. I went to the front desk and waited there as well. Not a single person working there was found. I decided to walk out. 2 stars for that and they do have a good selection if the price was on them. Oh well. I’ll go to the one on Raeford from now on. They’re always nice...
