This store was horrible the last two times I went there, being yesterday and today! So in talking about this issue I'm not intending to offend anyone, but I will tell the story exactly how it happened and that is all I am doing. Went last night and could not get any help, could not find any employees and when we finally found "so called employees" the answers we were giving, I had to read the store name again, because I swore we went to, michael's not walmart! No one new where anything was, if they carry it and if had it told about 5 places to go look".đ¶that was my look! So we went back today ONLY because they are having big sale cpl things I wanted to grab. Walked into store and was greeted by two young women about 18 yrs of age who behaved like the actress on "mean girls" the movie and a transgender I believe identifying at this point in life as a women, but it was a bit hard to tell because employee was looking about 50% woman 50% man. A bit hard to tell other than the long hair, made it pretty clear. Either way this was no issue for us. We tried again to get someone to help to get what I wanted and get home. Same as yesterday, rude, lazy, un-friendly employees, but who cares if they get help is the attitude just make sure all in line when they announced store is closing. As we standing there in line the worst of the two young female employees looks down at her watch and announces, by yelling to other woman " we definitely wont be getting out of here on time tonight then looks quickly at us. "Myself and my friend were last two people in store" I could barely stand it how annoyed this made me so I asked her *I'm just curious because you were so blatant with your comment, are you insinuating it is us that is slowing you up? Oh no she said and I asked why she would make the comment then look right at us? She couldn't think of.a response so I said " it doesn't matter but that is how you can make anyone feel, maybe remember that" Then I walked up to her and quietly asked her "could you come up and dbl check the receipt I'm afraid HE might have charged us for more then I was buying? " she responded by saying "oh sure, but just so you are aware "IT" is a he. So I said "oh I'm sorry did I accidentally refer to him/her as a he. Well just so you are aware that was an accident, I'm sure that is better than calling him IT dont you think? You sure r a lippy little thing, but fyi... when a person is transirioning it sometimes can be hard to tell, but I think being referred to as a human being one way or another and not "IT" is so much better.then your uneducated defense and non-support of LGBTQ! we left what I was buying about 300.00 dollars in items and said thanks, but we will go and leave you so you can leave and get out of here on time tonight!!    Read moreI used to shop in this store for last 6 years. But customer service is getting worser and worser. April 6 2021 I came to buy present for my birthday and for my cousins birthday. I bought some art supplies. I was there with my husband and my baby daughter. I took pack of canvases, brushes, paints and some stuff for my baby. We paid and went to the home. By the way, when cashier asked me how do I want my receipt email or printed? I asked her to send it in my email , but I NEVER RECEIVED IT! So when we came home, we realized there is no canvases we bought for my cousin!! The cashier just didnât put it in the bag!!! So I went back to the store alone. When I came I told them that they didnât put canvases in the bag, and I even didnât get a receipt to prove I bought it. They looked at me like I was a fraud !!!! And it seemed to me they didnât really tried to help me !!! One of cashier asked the other cashier if she remembers me ...and she said NO !!! I was confused and shocked !!!!! I told her âitâs strange, really strange , because I DO REMEMBER YOU! I was here an hour ago!â She even didnât say a world! This is HOW THEY TRIED TO HELP ME ?!!!! And they stayed calm and looked on me like I was a thief !!!!!!!!!!!! I asked them to look for my canvases one more time ! They asked for manager, she came and I told her about this problem! She was looking on me the same like those two ladies. Because I didnât have the receipt (that they didnât send me!) I was so upset , so I asked her to check on cameras! She went somewhere (I guess , to check on cameras)
When I was staying and waiting for the manager, I finally saw MY CANVASES I PAID FOR!!!! They were behind the counter!!!! I pointed on them , and FINALLY those ladies looked confused !!! Than manager contacted the cashier and confirmed it was my stuff !!!
I donât know, what that cashier wanted to do! Was she trying to steal that, or just she wasnât attentive, but my day and my shopping experience was screwed up!!!
They even didnât apologize for that situation!

   Read moreOUTRAGE!!! SOOO OFFENDED/ DISAPPOINTED I WILL NEVER RETURN!!! while shopping in the store today, I began to fill my basket... Spending a few min. in isles WITH several employees which i spoke to, and got price checks from on a few items, and was moving along. I had a few small packs of rhinestones in my hand preparing to make a color comparison with some leather paint I was looking for in the next isle and so far unable to find. When my phone gave a ping... I checked it, and what do you know Michaels WiFi network nice! I put my phone away. I look back down at the fabric paint selections, having only been in the isle maybe a min. no more than two. an employee came asking if i needed any help... lots of employees, prompt help i am in customer service heaven!! I let the fella know I am on the hunt for leather paint..... he tells me "FIRST you need to remove the items from your purse."!!!! For half a second I think he's joking... He is not. I tell him that I do not have any items in my bag..I politely let him know that I had checked and replaced my phone while demonstrating the action, AND opening my bag allowing him a good look onside! He mentioned the items in my hand. to which i replied "they are in my hand." At this point he lets me know that they do not carry leather paint and walks away ZERO apology!!! I shake my head, I have gone from very pleased, to confused, to offended and disappointed, on now to very upset with this rude accuser in a matter of moments. Now I leave the isle after him and I give him the items in my hand letting him know that he not have my business in as polite a tone as I can muster.... When he grabs hold of my hand basket and tells me that I need to leave the store.!I I tell him no problem and am out the door and will never return!! I own my own business. I have spent enough of my life in retail and customer service AND loss prevention to know that this is never how you treat a customer EVER! I would give zero stars...
