I’ve had these doughnuts before when an old coworker brought them into work and they were AMAZING! I moved to South King County recently and knew I needed to introduce my household to the wonderfulness. We live close to the Federal Way location so I drove over in between meetings to pick up a half dozen and two raspberry Red Bull Italian cream sodas. Walking in you’re immediately met a big display of all their offerings and a “HEY WELCOME IN! Be right with you!” Having it be the first time in I was impressed (and a little overwhelmed) by all the choices. Having to narrow down what I was going to choose to six was going to be difficult! I was able to finally figure out what I wanted, the gentleman helping me was patient, polite, and attentive. He greeted every customer as they walked in and made sure they knew they were welcome. He answered all my questions and whipped up some awesome bevvies. The space itself is clean and has a few tables to sit at. It has posters advertising all their special drinks and party doughnuts. Parking was way as they’re located in a big strip mall that’s well lit and has a lot of other great stores to shop at if you’re out running errands. When I got home and opened the boxes, my partner was amazed at how big the doughnuts are. The dough of the maple and chocolate bars we tried first were light and pillowy while the frosting was evenly layered and super tasty. Because they’re so big though they are a bit of a sugar overload, so we definitely have to pace ourselves lest us be zombies for our afternoon after the sugar crash! Overall, these doughnuts live up to their name, they are super legendary. Can’t wait to try the rest of them and return again and again until we’ve...

I had never been to this place before but as my wife and I were shopping in the area and wanted coffee, I decided to try it out. I purchased a single cup of coffee which came out to $2.76 and handed the owner $3.00 in bills. She then said I won't be able to give you your $.26 back as I don't have change. I said that's fine and walked away back to my car. My wife then said she wanted some tiny doughnuts so after returning to the car for less than a min, I went back into the store to purchase them. I tried purchasing 6 tiny doughnuts that came out to $1.38, when I tried giving her the $1.12 for the doughnuts, she said they were $1.38. When I told her that I was literally there a minute ago and that she had just finished telling me she wasn't able to give me back my $.26, so that's why I was only giving her $1.12 as she had already gotten $.26 from me a minute ago, she said we don't keep a running tab. When I said I was literally here one min ago so I'm trying to give you the $1.12 so I can pay for my doughnuts, she acted like she didn't remember that she owed me $.26 and said what about a tip. I just paid her the $1.38. because I guess she really needed that $.26 if she was willing to lie about it. It didn't bother me that I had to give her an extra $.26. I just found it sad and disingenuous that she was trying so hard to act like she didn't remember that I had previously given her $.26 before...

We've came in here. Before. But my husband came in months ago and he got rude service. I came in today and got extremely rude service. Your afternoon young adults help in the afternoon are extremely rude. I came in waiting patiently there was only one other person ahead of me. The lady with here hair back in a pony tail was extremely rude. She said for me to let her know when I was ready. I said yes as yes I'm ready. She the goes to the other associate to gossip about who ever knows what.. obviously nothing work related. Then the other associate motives me standing there waiting patiently and asked Im ready I said yes for a second time. The extremely rude associate with her hair in a pony tail rolls her eyes and goes ohh geez.like ok oh geez brutally rudley stomps over to where I'm. patently waiting and rudely says what do you want. My kids really wanted doughnuts if it was just for me I would have just walked out. Anyway I just tell her what doughnuts I needed paid and left. I'm.sure this is the same person from the Google reviews four days ago. So until your company can't hire nice people we will not be returning for...

We love LD and have never had a bad experience until today. We went into the FW store at roughtly 2:50pm to get some treats for Fathers day. The two woman working were not at all friendly and acted as if we were bothering them. There was one other lady just finishing her purchase when we walked in. There was not greeting as we are used to. The selection of donuts was very limited which is not often the case. We got our requested donuts, paid and left. The two employees talked amoung themselves and one of them checked her phone twice. As we walked out my daughter and I talked about how unfriendly the experience was and how that has never been our experience in the past. Once we got home we realized that our "Fat Albert" donut was disappointing and def. not legendary! Part of the donut was missing the frosting..... and the M&M ratio was sad. It didnt look like it was because it had another donut on it, it looked dried this way. The first picture is what we came home with today. The second picture (larger box) is from our trip to the same location on June 5th. Very disappointing experience!

We saw this place when we stopped in at the shopping mall there in Federal Way. We decided to stop and get a few donuts and some coffee. We were surprised they ran out of sugar for coffee. We ordered one and they ended up charging us for two. We ordered the crème brûlée doughnut, a twist and a doughnut hole. The one girl was preparing our coffee somebody behind us also ordered the crème brûlée and they asked them if they wanted the top to be toasted, The girl never asked me if I wanted my donut, to be toasted which surprised me. At this point, I just wanted to leave because I was not happy with the service one a coffee place, not having sugar to charging me for something I did not order and three not giving me the same service as the previous customer.
