My mom and I came in tonight to Mattress Firm to purchase her a new bed. We were immediately greeted with a smile and welcome. Hayley introduced herself and asked us our names which we appreciated. There is nothing worse than being addressed as, "honey", "sweetie" and so forth.

We told Hayley what we were looking for and she was full of knowledge about the available mattresses to try out. She made sure my mom was safe when getting on/off the beds and provided a pillow for her. My mom has obvious mobility issues and Hayley caught onto this. She then suggested we could get a shorter box spring for the ease and safety of my mom since it would be lower to the ground. My mom had just been discharged from the hospital due to a fall from her bed which Hayley wasn't aware of. We didn't even know these existed until Hayley suggested such. She moved around several mattresses for us, then grabbed the shorter box spring to test out as well and let us know they offer an even shorter one should it still have been too high.

My mom is on a fixed income and wanted the best quality for her dollar. Without prompting, Hayley checked the inventory for the same mattress and box spring in their outlet and in addition showed us their value mattresses as well. We went with the more expensive mattress as it was the perfect one for my mom.

Hayley explained the delivery process in detail, noted that they are to take my mom's current mattress and set her new bed up for her when it's delivered. She went over the details of the sale, confirmed the delivery address and contact information. In addition, she relayed the warrantee for the mattress and the 120-day trial period.

This location is lucky to have Hayley as she was great to work with, patient and did not rush our decision with cheesy sales pitches, etc. My mom and I had been to a couple places prior and didn't enjoy...

I happened to drop into Sleep Train on a Wednesday afternoon with my partner while we were running errands. We were getting by with our old bed, but weren't getting quality sleep due to the lack of quality in our bed set. I decided I wanted to take a look around and see what our options were. Katie greeted us as soon as we walked in. She let us take a look around and came to assist at just the right time. She asked us all of the right questions to help reveal which mattress would suit us best. Once we narrowed it down to a couple of mattresses that we liked, she gave us some space to let us discuss which one we liked better. I totally loved the no-pressure approach.

We ended up making a decision on which one we preferred, at which point Katie asked if we wanted to see if we were pre approved for financing. We decided to go ahead with that and got approved for well over the price of our purchase. She informed us that she could set up delivery for that Friday (two day lead time.. Wow!). Unfortunately, the guys delivered the wrong color bed frame, but we received the correct color the very next day and they assembled and set everything up for us.

I had ZERO intentions of walking out of there with a brand new mattress and bed frame! Nonetheless, we have our new bed and we LOVE it! I only have positive things to say about Katie, the store, and the service. Excellent experience! I'm really impressed and recommend Sleep Train to anyone who needs a new mattress...

I am so happy I worked with Linda at this location. She was detailed-oriented and answered my questions in a thoughtful, friendly and professional manner. Not all Mattress Firm locations are built the same way in terms of customer service, as I had just recently worked with another sales rep from another local location and it was just an okay experience. Not bad, but it just wasn’t the same experience I felt as a customer at the Fed way location. I think it’s very important for the customers to do their research online first. I was happy with my silver chill sealy hybrid mattress at matress firm, and I recommend that you check out the different locations to see who you like working with best.

Linda has a down-to-earth attitude and I enjoyed her professional knowledge, her candor and great customer service attention she had provided to my husband and I. We just moved to Fed way and it was nice to have someone as helpful as she was. I would highly recommend this location and mattress firm. Loving my bed and have been sleeping well!!!
