Overall everything was pretty good. Staff were all friendly and accommodating. (Front desk has disposable toothbrushes and packets of toothpaste in case you forget yours like we did, which worked well enough in a pinch). Breakfast both mornings (Sun&Mon) was pretty good with a decent variety of hot and cold options; various pastries & breads; including wheat/white bread, bagels & cream cheese and different muffins, cereals/oatmeal packets, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, fruit cups, waffle maker (with original or blueberry batter), milk, orange and apple juice. Coffee was pretty standard with sugar/Splenda packets and little half and half or French vanilla creamers. Oh and an ice water dispenser. Toaster and microwave in food area as well. Not completely sure if there was a standalone ice machine anywhere as we didn't need one, but I'm pretty sure there was one somewhere as the room had an ice bucket and they had ice in the ice water in the food area. Room was a bit on the smaller side for the price, had 2 queen beds, a small table with 2 chairs, dresser with a fire TV (which was kind of a pain to get setup since it was kind of forcing me to sign into my Amazon account to be able to sign into my streaming services), microwave and mini fridge, a little coat closet, and a tiny bathroom that had barely enough room for the tub and low to the ground toilet, (bathroom door gets stuck on outwardly curved shower curtain rod), Oh and the provided shampoo and conditioner were attached pretty high on the wall in squeeze bottles which made it dangerous for my kids to try to reach forcing me to have to help them (they shower completely on their own at home), and even when I showered I struggled to reach up and squeeze the bottle with one hand and hold the other hand underneath without slipping in the tub. The water got decently hot(but not scalding) so that was nice, the sink with vanity including coffee/hot water maker was out and across from the bathroom. Air conditioner worked ok when you use the fan always on option. Pool area was okay, 4' 9" at the deepest, and I think 3' at the shallow end, and the hot tub was 3'. Pool in and out could've been cleaned more regularly (especially since we kept finding food particles floating in the water), also they need to re-surface/paint the bottom of the pool as the paint was chipped/cracked and coming up all over the pool which honestly makes the pool kinda gross looking and doesn't feel good on the bottom of feet, heavy heavy use of chlorine/chemicals as the water burned our eyes/noses and was difficult to wash out of our hair, the hot tub (with jets on a timer) was alright and not too hot but also not cold (I was comfortable letting my kids sit in it) the steps getting in can be kind of tricky to navigate especially when the jets are on and you can't see the bottom. Main bathroom outside of the pool area was closed, but there is a small 1 toilet bathroom through a door connecting to the weight room. Hotel location is pretty nice, not too far from freeway, with tons of good restaurants nearby (door dash and Jimmy John's also both deliver to the hotel), There's a pretty cool park/playground area within decent walking distance, and a Walmart very close by that could be walked to also.

The front desk employee was very kind and friendly. Unfortunately the hotel is very run down. The lobby was furnished nicely but that was where it ended. The siding wasn't even attached to the wall in our room, there's stains on the bed skirt as pictured, the pool room was very loud and extremely hot and humid. It had people splashing and yelling the entire time, and the pool deck was dirty, the hot tub had dirt/sand debris in the bottom, the whole place just isn't very clean and in need of updating badly. I'd definitely steer clear unless you're seriously in a pinch.

Exceptional service! Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and worked diligently to meet customer needs. The room was clean, quiet, spacious and had a whirlpool tub which I thoroughly enjoyed! There were a lot of renovations being made but it was definitely an improvement! Nice atmosphere, full breakfast, open pool. Extra kudos to Vanessa! Awesome work!

Absolutely horrible stay. We stayed here for the baseball tournaments down the road that our child was playing in and thought it would be perfect because of all the amenities......what amenities? Wanted to wash my childs uniform with some other uniforms of other teammates (shame on me for bringing them here) and the washer is "broke". Decided to let the kids play in the pool while the adults sat in the jacuzzi, nope. The pool was so cold and the thermometer said it was fifty something. At least we had the jacuzzi, nope, its "broke" and very cold. Even if everything was working, the amount of chlorine was atrocious! We had to open their windows because kids were experiencing burning eyes and shortness of breath. Okay, lets get out. No pool towels but lots of used ones scattered all over the floor. Asked the heavyset male and female with a toddler in a stroller behind the counter, if they had any pool towels and he said no. So I went to my room and got our room towels and used those. Speaking of the room, have fun getting multiple keys at the front desk. One never worked and the other wouldnt open anything but our room after trying 6 to 7 times (no the key wasn't around anything else). The side door also does not work with a key and once you go out you cant get back in without walking all the way around the building to the front door. Anyways, I went to the front dest to replenish our room towels and the heavyset male (after rudely telling a guest NO when he asked if they had any rooms available) literally told me "thats going to be a problem" as he walked away in total irritation. Finally got my towels, went back to the room to warm up dinner and guess what? The microwave in our room doesn't work! I can't make this up. $200 a night and nothing we specifically stayed here for worked. Why advertise these amenities if you are unable to provide them. The male and female behind the counter (the evening of July 24th) have zero guest service, especially the male. I don't know if their lack of patience and professionalism was due to their character or trying to attend to a child while working.

Two reasons for 2 stars instead of 1 star Their bfast is plentiful but I can't speak for after 6am. We ate at 615am so everything was stocked. The gentleman at the counter the morning of the 25th. He had thick framed black glasses and a kind personality. I returned the keys and he was chatty and sweet. Thank you...

Save your time and your money- DO NOT STAY HERE. It’s absolutely disgusting and should be shut down for the lack of sanitation and care for their customers. The pool alone was horrifying enough to make me not want to go back to this place ever again. The pool was SO DARK that you could not see the bottom.. if a child were to drown in that pool you would NOT be able to spot them. You’re probably thinking it was just the “lighting”.. yeah no. We actually got in the pool with googles on and submerged ourselves in it. Nothing but dirt particles floating all around. I could not see anything under there (not even my boyfriend who was standing right next to me..) That’s how disgusting the pool was. Not to mention the lack of little to no chlorine. The pool is not and has not been cleaned for who knows how long … and IF it were cleaned, then whoever is doing so is doing an incredibly terrible job.

They placed a fan in a window to “air out” the pool/spa area. Other than that it seemed like there was no other ventilation system.

We spoke to Bradly when we were checking out and have not heard any news back regarding any type of apology or refund from the hotel. Absolutely disgusted and appalled that they care so little for their guests. It’s been a week. Do better.

Next, the hot tub. Wasn’t the worst but the jets shoot upwards at your face instead of inward. So much for relaxing.

We had an issue with our door as we were missing a piece of rubber. As a woman, I’m already anxious about staying in hotels. This did not make me feel safe but it was the only room closest to our family.

Lastly, this is not really a concern of the hotel but rather the people who were also staying at the hotel- we had two incidents where random folks were grabbing our belongings and taking it. No sense of respect. Don’t take your eyes off of your belongings or it might get...
