Cash Central Company — Attraction in Ferguson

Came to this location because of the reviews and the service was terrible!!! I walked through the door; spoke with a smile and the lady just looked at me with a dead look and said Id. I repeated hello with a smile, introduced myself and my cousin and said I have these items I would like to pawn today. She replied I need Someones Id. I gave it to her and the guy came out and looked at what I had which were appliances a 3-speed fan and an air fryer; both over the price of 50, so I wasn't looking for much; He said they dint take alliances. I had 3 other items that I feel they didn't want to look at. The guy stormed out the office the second time dismissing what I had. I k ow he stormed out because the first time he open the door gently. Other than those two moments happening the store looks nice and a wide variety of items to choose from, I'm not upset about not being able to sale my items more of the fact that the service could have been better. First and last time in this place went here to find out how much I would be offered for a electronic that was dear to my heart considering who I bought it for . when I arrived I wasn’t greeted , but rather treated like a complete criminal was asked where I got it and also told that it was defective when the guy failed to even turn the device on when handed back the device I clearly showed the couple that it did in fact work properly but was still turned away for a unknown reason ! Don’t spend , sell ,trade or any of the above to these guys they are low ballers and bias to whom they show good customer service too needs to be removed from our neighborhood...

Called in to get an idea of how much a laptop would get me. The guy I spoke to was rude and sounded like he was sick of talking to me after the first word I spoke. He asked me the laptop speed, and when I didn't know it off the top of my head, he told me to find it then call him back and put me on hold. When I called him back, he sounded annoyed to talk to me again and told me I was breaking up. Worst call I've ever made...
