Contract Furnishings Mart — Attraction in Fife

CFM Fife WA.Kitchen cabinet project, it's been a challenging experience shopping around with other places including Home Depot and Lowe's and a few that I don't want to mention. Price wise all have been close, home depot and Lowe's have good products. Had an appointment with Renee L, she designed the entire layout and made copies, little adjustment on the design. Days later I changed things around and she was able to make things fit. She ordered the cabinets, they got to me ok no damages. The quality of the cabinets were good but had flaws on the craftsmanship. I do realize they are made in a factory but the quality assurance was not the best, do I send them back or correct the issues my self. I elected to fix them myself. I let Renee of my situation, she was willing to get new cabinets to replace the defective ones. " A bird in hand is worth 2 in the bush". After the install had issues with the drawers sliding assembly, she ordered me a new set, a few doors would not close well, Renee ordered me a few hinges. They did the trick. It's not the sale but the service after the sale that matters. She did a few other concessions on the behalf of CMS. Not sure how she manages to remember so much about customer's orders and stays on track. She a very well organized person, though she has folders all over the counter. If this is her way of files with lots of paperwork ensuring a accurate order, it works. We are glad we came to CFM for a kitchen design. Renee is "Awesome" and on top of things. There were no delays because of materials. It was a relief working with her, and her supplier, they were a good working team. She had different levels of cabinets, we chose the lower end but no one would ever know, I did the installation of all the cabinets, counter top subbed out to Lakewood counter tops. The entire project looks and works fabulous. I would encourage other homeowners to visit CFM in their areas, don't be intermediated by " CFM" Very pleasant and...

I came in this store confused aug 1st. My hired contractor told me pick out cabinet colors.. nobody knew why I was there.. just tried to manipulate me out the door..found out bad contractor found a crack, got a 3D, and was going to use Pius as cabinet maker and not CFMs connections...

Then found out Renee Lopes had somehow made a 3D on my kitchen renovation, left out imp details found my invoice and who is that licensor?

Somehoe now all of this is my fault. Renee wined and took a very vulnerable person, talked me into buyingnthe cabinets, go pick colors, get other materials you need, pay with you have a licensor? Yah but who is he?

Then the 3D is wrong. Simce I paid for it all, vicious rumors are spread about me..since I have no contractor, she jas warned them to not work for me, being their referrals, more lies and cabinets not fitting I need the contractor I had no relationship or knowledge of..

I am out thousands and now blocked to even return cabinets or exchange for right sizes..

There is so much more to this drama and chaos. But check the mark up on cabinets. Crocodile tears manipulated me well and didnt even say, lets take a step back. I told her I have a beam and slope in ceiling in kitchen.. she wanted a sale right or wrong.. be careful.. nobody is now even willing to rectify this.. Never knew anyone could use me like that for a commission only.. if.cabinets dont fit, use them elsewhere in your home? Jer exact words. Then wanted me to give her 5 star review.. see the 3d? Do you see a beam or slope?

Sadly since she is sabotaging her referrals to a cabinet installer, she usimg them too to shut the door in my face again.. who does this for a sale?.and it is hsppening more and more. I am not the only victim and to mark up the costs on top of...

I am a remodeling contractor that has been doing some form of construction work for almost 40 years. In that span, I have dealt with many, many material vendors and sales reps. They take very good care of my customers, and I very much appreciate that, and that allows me to focus my time and attention on the things that I am good at. My business relationship with CFM has allowed me to add value and peace of mind to my customer's experience and has made my job easier in a lot of ways.
